Unfriendly staff. Not helpful. Manager is the worst. Not happy there. Not coming back. TJ is definitely better.

Love the store and the associates are usually very helpful and nice. Unfortunately had a bad experience with the manager Angela being extremely rude to my family member who was trying to make one return.

Went to store to EXCHANGE not get money for inferior merchandise on January 23 after 2: 00 pm about 1 week after purchasing product. Did not have receipt but Ross sticker was intact.employee called manager on phone saying there was nothing on product just because bar code was ripped although it had Ross sticker on it. She then refused to exchange. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store and was planning on getting candles and more at this visit anyway. Will NEVER go back. Manager I hope u will check who that employee is and dump her because you just lost steady business because of her.

They have TONS of stuff. Perfect place for gift shopping. This store is more organized than it used to be, and even thought there was long line it moved fast.

I always loved going to this store, they keep it clean and employees are friendly. Great bargains and clothing options.

I was a GM for Gymboree & I completely understand that Ross is somewhat of Department Store.bigger business.more traffic, but what is unacceptable is associate #738869 ringing a sale of $255.67 & denying me a bigger bag. Her reason? We are "limited" to persons who buy pillows.
I frequent this store & feel that customer service is important, at this time, due to so much competition.

Great experience overall, great prices and if you have any questions or would like to know about anyting they're quick to help didn't have to wait very long to check out either.

This place i call dangerous.lol You could easily spend all your money. It has gotten better with organization. Some of the staff are very helpful.

I love Ross! This one is my choice. It is usually very well stocked, and the employees are nice and attentive. Clean and well stocked, as well.

Great prices but they need more help. Everytime I go in in line to check out at least half an hour make sure you really want your items and be prepared to wait

Good for house hold deco but if ur a big girl and need pants that don't make u look like an old lady.don't go, it's a waste of time, go to goodwill. Better prices anyways.

Love ross but cant find that much sizes for my kids and also the shoes.just have to keep going to see when they have them

Decent selection as far as Ross goes. Staff was extremely helpful. I was buying accessories and shoes to go with a dress I brought in. They were kind and helped me match head to toe. I was very pleased with the customer service they showed me.

Amazing prices for the name brands that they carry! They have mainly clothing and shoes but do offer limited amount of household items and automotive products.

Crean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and Destiny was a pleasure to check out with at the end of my shopping trip!

A wide selection and judgement free staff. Went there to pick up clothing for my girlfriend and they asked if I needed any assistance and didn't judge a guy in the womens section. A wide variety of clothing, goods, and shoes.

Hit this place on the regular and you can find some good deals. The hand made soaps are great for 3.99! Good for sensitive skin like mine. Good duality sketch books and decent price nut snacks.

When in to get sneakers for hubby. He triedd on 3 or 4 different styles. He was very happy that he was able to find Scetchers brand. And the price was great.

I bought a trifold wallet for a gift. When I tried to exchange it the next day for a bifold wallet I was told they couldn't do that because it was an item sold as is. I was never told that when I purchased it. It wasn't on the receipt. So how was I to know that I couldn't exchange it? Shouldn't there be a sign or the cashier should make mention of it at time of payment? Very disappointed!

Ross is the best. You always find the best gifts and stuff for low prices. This is a nice one - it has a good variety of stuff
