So I was the only one standing in line waiting to be called up to the Register and the worker at the register, had seen me and yet she ignored me and continued to do something else then she left the register, I WAS LIKE this is unreal! There was no need for that. Why was it? I had gotten no apology. So unpleasant and un Profesional! To the worker's YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE Deal with people right! Give good CUSTOMER SERVICE if NOT YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE.

Could have more plus size apparel. Looking for a present. Couldn't find nothing but ugly shirts.eew

As always great value for money but if you can find your favorite design in your size consider yourself lucky. They have good dress range and jewelry atm

Very economical for persons who wants nice stuff for low prices. And there is lots of options. I would like the racks and shelves to be organized though. Sizes are all over the place.

I’m going to leave a two stars review because I’ve always loved this store! But today my experience changed! I was patiently waiting at the jewelry counter for the rep to ask the price of an item. Two other ladies approached and the cashier totally ignores me and starts helping them. Cool I’ll just wait, but nooo she just continued ignoring me and went back to register 1. I explained to her I was first even before the other two ladies and she just said I’m the only one u have to wait. I explained again I was here first and she said ohhh you should have said something before I help those two ladies. I told her I didn’t because I was trying to be nice but she needed to help me. She then approached me and said u have to press the bottom and I was like nobody said anything to me I’m just been ignored over here. She had a nasty attitude I know the main reason why I was been ignored is because I’m Latin and white skin because she was super nice to the other two ladies she helped before! Not good Ross not good! My visit was at 12pm and unfortunately I don’t have the rep name but I’m sure u can find her in the system and coached her!

Went their yesterday and 70% of the shopers did not have a mask, few where coughing to. Also their were no social distancing.

There was a woman who was so rude in the cashier and criticized me for trying on the clothes at my house because I didn’t have time to try it on in the store.

One cashier open! One! While all the employees are just standing around, taking with eachother. The line wraps around the mens department! This is ridiculous! Poor management.

183rd & 27th Ave location. Store did not have much stock especially in ladies shoes size 10-12 & not much in men's size 11. The line was super long as well. I don't think I will be returning to this Ross.

They need more cashiers, they have a larger variety of stuff than the Charleston, SC Locations but being 50+ in the line with two cashiers was awful I just left and went to Walmart.

Showed up at 1045 for a quick buy and they closed before 11.why would the hours online say closes at 11 then.i understand staff wants to go home.but hours are hours.

This Ross was super unorganized some of the shelves were empty the line were really long only two cashiers available.

Need to have more staff. Long lines and only 2 registers 1 of which was for customer svc returns/jewelry purchase
