They carry the clothes and shoes that match my style. The store layout and simplicity makes all the items easy to find and try on, that's appealing. Prices are great as well.

My favorite go to place for dresses. I walked in and found a gorgeous one for a wedding I will be attending in February. It's as if it was just waiting for me. Nice place to shop.

2 registers/ cashiers only on a Saturday afternoon? With a line down the aisle to the back of the store? Could it be more inconvenient? Pls do better.

The Ross in Coral Springs is the worst I have ever shopped at. They always have lines out the door, their shelves are always empty, rude staff and now you can’t even bring water in with you. I am so done going I. There. No other Eoss I have ever been to is like this one. Very unpleasant!

This place is always a disaster.so unorganized and messy. I'll stick to TJ maxx and Marshall's

So they advertise open at 6am for the holidays, I get here about 6: 10am the doors are locked the staff is just chatting away refuse to open doors! Look at you and just laugh! Do not advertise open at 6am, if you are not going to open the doors! Believe I will call corporate!

Ross i my favorite store for years but since covid there's barely any merchandise, I still love it though

The place is well stocked and clean. They follow all COVID protocols. Including a regular count of people at the store. Everyone wears a mask an there is plenty of hand sanitizer.

I love Ross. You can always find everything from clothing to shoes. Whether your looking for workout attire, an asomble for your client meeting at work, a wedding or church service, or room and house decor. This place always has reasonable prices. So worth the visit. I enjoy looking at new pieces from trendy designers. Undergarments are also a available here. Even your living room rug.

This store used to be much better but has gone way downhill over the last year. Horrible customer service by the lady name Anastasia. I was in the line over 20 min, she refused to return a pant because it has no price on it, but had all the tag. I went to get another one, took me 2 min, when I got to her she said I have to wait on the line again, because she had another customer, mind you the customer was buying and NOT EXCHANGE/RETURN line. So after I wait again another 10 min, she told the other girl to take care of me, because she was busy.
When is return ROSS refused to help, but I left $250.00 there last week with purchase. Not coming back to this store.

So, as a guy, I never considered this store to shop in. Walked in just to check out some stuff cuz I was bored. Oddly, there's a lot of gadgets for men as well as fairly decent men's clothing. Nothing extravagant or super fancy, but for everyday casual dress, pretty decent prices and end of year or limited number stock.

In the mode of restocking. Store is pretty much emptied, temporarily. Maintains CDC guidelines.
