Its okay, usually very busy, very chaotic, not the best looking store. But if you need something to cover your body for relatively cheap, ross is your place.

Busy time of the year. Great options. Lines can be long but dont find yourself waiting in the wrong line. There is a self-check line for small amounts of items with someone available to remove security sensors when you check out.

Apparently this location does not accept returns without a receipt which contradicts their website. I was offered no explanation as to why this is their policy was not consistent with the company return policy. I will not be back.

Ross always has the clothes I’m looking for! Thank you so much to the staff that helped us last Friday morning. We are here from Cape Coral Florida And we shop at Ross in the Coral Wood Shopping Center in Cape Coral Florida And I was looking for a pair of pants for a dinner party and couldn’t find anything anywhere else but Ross! Thank you so much Ross!

This store has nothing to offer. There is nothing on shelves, it’s just like shopping at K Mart. Nothing left and the service sucks.

Buyer choice quality has unfortunately changed tremendously in the last 4 to 5 years.the store needs love and so do the choice of items it sells. It's sad because TJ Max must be outselling.the store and quality/choice of their diverse items is superior to Ross's. Very sad as in KW there's very little competition.and great
demand.

Staff is great, very nice! Place was decently organized, a few sizes here and there were in the wrong spot but other than that? Not a bad experience!

Great selection of name brand and designer brand clothing, usually have trouble finding things my size that I like. Best chances with this store in finding what I need.

I always loved this Ross. This time they didn't have a lot of stock (Covid-19 maybe?). The staff were nice. Not sure why they have the fitting rooms closed but it was a pain in the butt because now have things to return. Great location with lots of parking.
