Ross Dress for Less, Naples FL

Nice, clean, organized store. Lately Ross stores have been a mess but this one was extremely nice. We bought a nice set of luggage, bed pillows, and several things for our kitchen. The check out was fast and the associate very friendly and professional.

Having a loss prevention officer at the entrance makes me feel this store is unsafe. This isn’t Miami, this is Naples. Even if someone does steal, they aren’t allowed to touch you, or accuse you of stealing without getting fired and losing their job. What’s the point?

Cheap clothes too many people watching you like your stealing.its judgemental so I do not feel comfortable going there most of the time

Great store and has a million clothes but those fitting rooms need to be opened. What's the point if you can't try the clothes?

Went in looking for leggings but the legging isle was closed due to them working on inventory. I then headed over to the shoe area to look for some new sandals but they barely had any sandals it was all mostly sneakers unfortunately. I did end up buying a few things that caught my eye so it was not a completely wasted trip.

I went in looking for chairs for my patio. I saw one that I liked. I sat on it to try it out. To see if I liked it. Then the security guard came up to me speaking to me in Spanish. Telling me that I shouldn’t be sitting down on the furniture if I’m not going to buy it. They should put a sign on that area. Saying please don’t sit on furniture.

So many merchandise on the floor + You can't get the out. You spend your money there and no matter how heavy things can be and how many things you bought, or if it's too heavy for you as a woman.you have to carry your things how ever you can. So dissatisfied, disappointed and hurt in my back.

This outfit I found it Ross and entire outfit in my size in 15 minutes and I was very pleased and very satisfied! I thought I was going to be in there for hours looking for a 4th of July outfit and I was actually pleased with the service in the store was nice and clean and it organized and I was very surprised every time I go to Ross or Marshalls I'm in there for hours searching through everything and I actually got the cutest outfit and a short time for very cheap.

Please don’t come here if you want to get yelled at by the “supervisor” at the front cashier. I asked her if she had accidentally charged me twice for an item she had scanned and which I bought. She responded with so much attitude and yelled she hadn’t charged it twice. As a customer who also works in customer service and with people, the way she talked to me is so inappropriate and something needs to be done about it before this place ends up with no people because of her behavior. I’m extremely disappointed in the way this place is ran.

Horrible customer service, cashiers and front end personnel will talk to you very nasty
What customer service training this ladies have?
Telling a paying customer "Next time you will do as I said " LOL left merchandise in counter and left I Will Not Take any Disrespect, specially when I was not doing anything wrong just waiting in line, MY UNDERSTANDING AS A BUSINESS OWNER IS THAT CLIENTS COME TO OUR BUSINESS TO EXPEND money that pays my paycheck and we have to provide good customer service or they won't come back and we will be lut of work. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ROSS AGAIN

The store was very neat and clean. You can always find a good bargain at Ross. The staff is friendly and courteous. God bless USA!

70 to 80% discount on designer named unheard of. I'm a bargain shopper I love the deep discounts in addition to having quality.

My first time here today at this Ross. Was holiday shopping and I will say I was impressed with how orderly the store was. The line was long but moved very fast. Great job!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and have been going there for years, been there several times but the past 6-10 times I have been (this one in particular) has seem to be very unorganized, couldn't find 1 pair of jeans or even a shirt even on the right section on the clothes "pole, bar" talking about sizes and who the clothes were supposed to be in that section for. It also seems like the prices are going up everytime I go in. More on ALL home decor items than clothes but it was supposed to be colder in SW Fl.where I live and we knew it was going to get down go 36° tonight for over a week and I SWEAR the "winter" section of clothes went up about 75%-100%. Literally almost doubled the prices on all of those clothes. I understand they dont sell that many so want to make their money when they get a very rare chance but you'd think (well I would if it was my business) they'd do a special discount even just 5% on those clothes and would probably get rid of ALL of them but NOW everyone who went to get warm clothes (yes just for 1/2 a day and 1 night) went somewhere else because their prices were ridiculous on them.
