Great deals, well stocked store with friendly, kind and joyful staff. I seriously found everything I was looking for and more, they have ample parking and the store temperature was just right. I had a good shopping experience.

Terrible experience with the cashier Edith, we made a purchase of more than 600 dollars and the aforementioned lady sent us to remove the hooks from the clothes, when we complained because we believe it is part of her job, she got upset and addressed me de in a rude and unprofessional way, calling me a protestor, after having put our clothes on the counter, he threw our clothes to the floor, which we consider to be an unprecedented lack of respect. I have visited this store on several occasions and never before have I received such unprofessional and degrading treatment. I hope measures are taken to punish this type of behavior with customers so that it does not continue to happen in the future

These people are rude. No customer service. They don't care about quality at all. The loss prevention ate awesome. The other employees should be replaced with those who actually know what customer service is. Including the assistant manager. And manager. They're even worse.

The workers are the worst and when you ask to speak to a tea supervisor they say that he is not in the store. They have very bad customer service and the supervision in charge of the store is useless. It's the worst Ross in America

The employees at this location with the exception of security are super rude and have ZERO customer service skills! I agree with previous complaints made by others recently. Both the employees and the manager roll their eyes at you and are super rude. They all seem extremely unhappy to be working there! I really hope happy, friendly personnel replace them as no one enjoys shopping in such a negative ambiance.

The WORST experience I have ever had in any store ever. Amanda has zero customer service and the manger was worse than she was. After I asked for a gift receipt (before I even purchased anything) I asked for a gift receipt and she kicked the floor and huffed when I asked for it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They were overlapping clients at the register I wasn’t even finished picking up my things or even getting the receipt when she was calling someone else from the line. After trying to complain to the manager about her horrible service I got even worse service from her, Ligia.that got absolutely nowhere and even eye rolls from the manager. They should both be fired for their incompetence and horrible customer service.

The disgusting bathrooms, the walls of the corridor towards the bathrooms totally dirty and neglected. With so much money they make, they cannot maintain their incredible facilities, it looks like a store from a third world country.

Infinitely long lines to pay, they take you forever to pay, they don't have or don't feel like putting more cashiers to work to facilitate payment or alleviate the queues, that place is a reverent waste of time.
