Ross Dress for Less reviews
13Store with cheaper prices and a variety of brands, it is best to arrive early to find more order.
Only 3 registers open on a Sunday night with a queue of more than 50. Manager didn’t jump in to help, dress for less because the employees obviously get paid less.
Huge discounts though.
Excellent Store with good discounts and variety. The Regency Village has very friendly and helpful staff
Came here for some shoes and slacks for a work related event. Lots of options to choose from and a great location. We were able to find what was needed.
I have visited other Rosas in another city and they are bigger and have a better variety of products.
This is the truth. It needs variety and brands.
Disorganized and poorly organized store. It was much better in the past. It got lost in time.
Nice the if only 1 cash register open so hours in line to pay. More security guards than cashiers, again different.
This place needs to hire more people. The line is wrapped around the store every single day
As an avid Ross shopper, this store was in complete disarray! They did not have enough cashiers I was frustrated at left.
One of the worse locations I’ve ever been to. Lines wrapped around the entire store. I just had one return & typically Ross has a “returns only line” i went there and this very rude cashier named Josy dismissed me after staying there for like 10 min. Telling me I have to stand in that line for one return. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Ross. Also when I got called to do my return it was Josy who “took care” of me. I had my purse opened getting out my card and she calls the next person over. That person could’ve tried to reach in my bag. Very unprofessional never returning there again.
This Ross was a mess on the floor, couldn't walk on some isles. The lines are so bad that I had to walk all the way back to the store to get in line then it took at least an hour to get to the register. Not a place to go on the weekends.
Was probably the most unorganised Ross I’ve ever been to. Place was a bit of a mess stuff everywhere.
The line at the checkouts was huge also and had to wait about 30 mins. Staff were so slow and only had 2 people on checkouts when there were other staff members wandering the shop floor.
Huge collection.
Great prices.
Helpful staff.
Checkout could be better if there were more people working.
