Ross Dress for Less, Orlando FL

I WENT THERE TO CHECK AND BUY THE SHOES BUT I RETURNED TWO / 2 PAIRS AND SHE TRY TO RECHARGED MY VISA FOR THE SAME PAIR I WAS RETURNING LUCKILY I WAS WAT HING HER CLOSELY. AND IT WASN'T CHARGED ON MY VISA CARD

Is okay but they didn't have any of my popye shirt like the other stores they have in tampa.

Nice and good store that you can find different cloths for all families and other items for the house.

On of the fitting room associate miss counted the clothes and give my son a ticket for 6 items whereas when my son came out we had 2 additional pieces miss counted for but still want to purchase. Unfortunately that Ross fitting associates throw a fit why did my son had a ticket for 6 but when we came out the fitting room it was 8 as we made it clear that it was not my job nor my son to make sure the associate does her job accurately but rather sounded very condescending in front of other customers as if we we were trying to take more clothes that the original stated ticket it was a very ugly situation. We are decent hard working people seeing the way that associate treated me and my family that day along with my wife made me angry disturb as if we we out the door trying to take pieces of clothing with us. At last our bills came out to bill $104.02

Very big place and wat a place to shop in I was delighted of wat stuff I got designer jeans that was the real McCoy and t shirts as well that were cheap I will be going back there again to see wat bargains I can get my hands plz visit u won't be disappointed

It is an average size shop with different kind of designer dresses and shoes. I was attracted more to the shoes I saw there. In fact, I bought 4 shoes there. There are other household items there like bags, bedsheets etc

Worst Ross I've ever seen. Very rude employees is an understatement. Store was messy and unorganized. Hardly enough room between isles to get a buggy. Did I mention how rude the employees were? Dont believe me, go see for yourself. Terrible!
