Rossiter's Harley-Davidson, Sarasota FL

My name is Terry Albritton and I bought my 2010 classic from Dave rowe a yr ago this month and have had a bunch of fun with it, but it decided to start growling at me and while I was having a front tire replaced one of the mechanics told me my inner bearing was going bad. With Dave's advice I purchased the ESP warranty when I bought the bike. My cost on a thousand dollar job including the tire. 50 dollars! Thanks dave. Great place to buy a Harley, even for a non-Harley guy. I am told one of the last family owned dealerships. The entire staff were knowledgeable and helpful. 50 miles further than my local St. Pete dealer, and more than worth the drive.

If I could give negative stars I would. Talked with a sales person not sure what his name was but he was extremely rude. Ran down the motor company and then insulted my wife by telling her that her place was not on her own bike but on the back of mine, women shouldn’t ride their own bikes. Everyone beware.

Way to small for the true life biker perfect for the poster and weekend warrior and the doctors and lawyer wanna be's the best Harley Davidson store is Bert's Black Widow in Port Charlotte they make you feel like part of a family with weekend party's every weekend

Very welcoming. I don’t own a Harley just stopped to take a peak at new models, left four hours later. Still on my Suzuki but if I go to a Harley This is where I’ll purchase it from! Thanks for the hospitality

These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. Popped in to have a look around and ask some questions about my bike. They couldn't have been more helpful. A big from the Brit.

A place that will make you right at home and treat you like family. Stop by on a Saturday and see what event may be going on. Always have food on the weekend. This week end they are doing springfest and a great band playing. Make a day of it and see what they have to offer

Wonderful experience here! Broke down while on a trip from Indianapolis to the keys.they got us right in and fixed the problem within an hour. Staff super helpful and nice! Would recommend this dealership!

Everybody I talked to were willing to talk. I only bought a shirt but that didn't matter. Nice place to shop.

We always come here when we are in Sarasota. It's very professional, helpful and welcoming. Although I didn't walk away with one of their beautiful motorcycles, I do always buy merchandise. The staff are very friendly, more specifically Debbie who helped myself and my Grandmother in law with our purchases.

It's a Harley shop. Nice people. Good selection of over priced Chinese swag bearing the bar and shield. Really nice selection of new and used bikes.

Walked in today to buy a bike. Was there 20-30mins not one sales person helped us! Poor customer service!

The staff here is a some sauce! We came in not long before closing which is always a pain in the butt! But the entire staff was friendly and treated us really well and didn't rush us to get out of there! We spent over $400 on clothes and other merchandise and can't wait to visit y'all again!

Terrible go there on saturday they tell you 1 thing call on monday completely different story. Not sure how you stay in bussiness

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dealership is very clean. Besides motorcycles, they offer a huge selection of Harley Davidson clothing, motorcycle accessories, and offers a course for new and experienced riders. It is definitely one of the larger Harley Davidsons in Florida.

In my opinion the best dealership around! Great selection of new and used bikes, accessories, parts, and apparel. Sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly, service staff is also knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good experience.

I've been here more than a couple of times and even when they were very busy, my questions and comments were listened to. Steven has been helping to find a Harley suited for me. I have had the lightweight Yamaha Virago & Honda. I want a fast, lightweight, agile, and a comfortable ride.don't want a Sportster unless they have become incredibly comfortable in the past few years.

Not fun, pressured, unifomed felt uncomfortable after 4 Harley buys from other dealers this was the worst. I'll never go back. Rossiters sarasota 4 me. This bad review was for crystal harley. Rossiters has been totally up front friendly & professional. Dave in sales made me feel @home no pressure. The lady at the parts counter was very informative and friendly. She knew exactly what I needed for my bike. They have a great team over there.
