Horrible customer service. Acts like they are doing me a favor by selling me my breathing equipment. I will drive the 100 miles to Tallahassee before returning here.

Called office and talked to the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered in a while. Told Michelle she was incompetent and she accused me of cussing her out. Had to contact main office in Orlando and to just to get my records removed from Rotech to transfer to a more friendly company. This same person use to work in another medical facility, and I believe they were glad when she left. Rotech in Marianna is not the company you want to do business with!

This people have 0 customer service! And, they have billing me for something my insurance co.tells me they're paying 100% of my bill!
I don't know about you, but this is clearly fraudulent.

I've reached out them twice with no response!

Pulled up, called and received my grandma's rollator quickly & he brought it out to the car dor me, plus, IT WAS ALREADY PUT TOGETHER! Thanks Rotech!

When I moved, I forwarded my address but forgot to change it with Rotech. They refused to resend my equipment or give me a refund since the Post Office did not foward my supplies. Rude customer service that does not care about customers.

This company will sell you faulty equipment, and then try to keep your money. Ask them for their special wheelchairs. The wheels don't even have treads, so good luck going anywhere with them. If you have to go to Jackson County hospital, do not let them trick you and get your supplies from this place. The people who run this place make crooks look like saints.
