They are the worst. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Rote h is awful. Enough said….

This is the worst place. They lack communication and they are rude as hell. They don’t explain things right and they are lazy people.plus the place is nasty when u go in.

Tried numerous times to call and pay my bill and I keep getting hung up on. Guess they don’t want my money. I even tried to have them save my place in line and call me back, when I answered the phone they hung up. They sent me to voice mail after being on hold for over 30 minutes and the mailbox is full. So Rotech if you want to get paid you may want to hire my people to help your customers. If I can ever get this bill paid I will be going to a different company that will answer their phones. With my account along you will be losing thousands of dollars a year and and if 10 people like me leave your company that’s a lot of money.

Run from this business! They do not provide you with honest information upfront “you don’t need to pay, your insurance will cover it”. Well, the equipment didn’t work for me so I returned it with THEIR label. They lost the return and couldn’t read their own information. Apparently they’ve found the equipment - almost 3 weeks later. They are billing me for using the equipment when it’s in transit? I was told if I returned the equipment within the 90 days it would be no harm, no foul. I used it for less than 70 days and owe $600. I’ve spent close to 3 hours trying to contact their billing service - Care Central, and then Rotech in Inverness, FL. I sat on hold for almost 10 minutes today after the informational greeting. After the last greeting there’s no music, no more greetings just silence - I hung up after 10 minutes ‍️

On hold for more than 20 minutes, tried several times. I'm feed up with trying to return a nebulizer.
One more time tomorrow.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely the most incompetent CPAP supply company I ever encountered. After repeated attempts since July for Rotech to acknowledge receipt of the CPAP order that my pulmonary specialist submitted, I called Rotech again today (Sep 8th) and they still can't acknowledge receipt. Very basic stuff! OMG! Not only that, they can't even acknowledge my prior phone calls and the people that I spoke to. Very sick company. Very bad.

Called today about my bill that they are sending out to carecentrix.
I'm not supposed to be paying bill according to PCP.
They were com I g to pick up In tank for oxygen.
I got a call today, No one left a message. I had to call back to find out the time driver was going to be here.i was told. 10 or 11am
Driver didn't go to back door as stated on his work sheet.
My front door was clearly open, so I could see when he would arrive.he didn't even get out of his truck. I watched him as he turn his truck around as he was driving away

My consentrator broke and I called them and they said that their was nothing they could do because I had a small bill still owed. I can not live without it but they did not care at all. Thank god my husband let me use his till we get to get a new one tomorrow from another company. I would die without oxygen all night

Very unhappy with the staff there professionalism, rudeness & lies, one of them stated to me that she called my home & left a message, when I asked her if she remembers leaving a message she stated yes, I told her she was a lair, because I have a unique answering machine in order to leave a message you have to identify your name if you do not you are not able to leave a message her response well I left a message, which is a lie, I will say Keith the manger was very helpful & addressed my issue. But they do not return phone calls, I spoke with the receptionist on Thursday morning about having issues with my mask, reply she will call you back, no return phone call, again left message Friday morning again no return phone call. If I have to do any business with this store I will deal only with Mr. Keith.
