Glen had to replace a shower faucet & spout. It was originally misdiagnosed by another technician but Glen took time to explain what happened and what the repair would be. He didn’t rush through the job. He was thorough, courteous, and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Steve and Wesley from ROTO ROOTER were prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. They came on the day after Thanksgiving and worked from daylight until after dark and completed in one day a job that I assumed would take at least the entire weekend. I’ve used ROTO ROOTER to replace damaged sewer lines at two separate residences and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Have used roto rooter many times and will continue to be a loyal customer. Michael came to fix the problem and was very kind, professional and did exactly what he came here to do in a timely manner. Very pleased customer as always and would definitely recommend him.

We had our drains and toilets back up. We called them on a Sunday morning and they arrived a few hours later to fix the problem. Michael was polite and professional.

Update: Problem game back after 4 days so clearly the plumber was so terrified of my dogs being locked up and away that he didn't make sure the problem was solved. I called to see if someone else could come fix it however was told I would have to pay another $600 which I don't really have. That's on me for not triple checking and seeing if there was a 30 day guarantee of services like other places have. I'll try someplace else.

Keli was prompt in getting to my house and removing the main line clog. Gave helpful advice to avoid the problem in the future. Only took off a star because I would’ve preferred to have a thorough review of making sure the clog was gone.
