My technicians were amazing! They were prompt, professional, polite, and identified the problem quickly and found a solution! True professionals and I’m so thankful I’ll be able to take a hot shower in the morning!

Adrian was great. Helped diagnose a difficult problem, and took the time to explain how he was going to clear the blockage and all the other problems he identified.

The price was a little high, but they came out very fast to get the problem. Fixed. I called them at 8 PM the night before, and they were on-site at 9 AM the next day.

I would recommend Roto Rooter if you are in a bind and need fast service.

I had an unknown leak in the garage, leading me to call Roto Rooter to diagnose the problem. Unable to diagnose the problem, Roto Rooter referred to leak detection, ultimately finding the problem in our garage bathroom. The work that had to be done was done quickly. Nick, the Manager, was available at all times and very helpful throughout the process. Nick was also very understanding of our financial abilities, and was very helpful in aiding us to fix the problem. Logan, the Supervisor, was also very helpful and readily available, and also helped us through our financial troubles. Thankful that Roto Rooters team and technicians were available and helpful throughout our plumbing troubles.
