Ricardo went above and beyond to help with my repair. Very organized and always did what they said and communication was excellent.

Nick was my technician and he was great. He was able to find the leak and fix it the same day.

Incredibly fast service. When you have a problem needing Roto-Rooter it's always dirty and urgent and nothing you would consider fixing yourself. I called with all of the toilets backing up. I thought my tank was filled and pretty much in a panic looking for our family to check into a hotel until a repair could be done. I had no idea who to call. Fortunately, I checked Yelp and called Roto-Rooter. They were at my home in 30 minutes and it was fixed in a little over an hour. I Cannot Thank Them Enough.

By the time the kids were home from school and my husband home from work, nobody even knew there was a problem. It is now functioning perfectly. Will Definitely Recommend.

Once tech arrived “diagnosed” that we needed a rebuild or replace our water heater. After agreeing to rebuild the water heater tech “fixes” it. Once completed he tells my wife that it’s an electrical problem and we have to call an electrician! Long story short got there money didn’t fix anything and when the electrician arrived and fixed the issue, he also noticed that the electrical system for the water heater was not put back together properly! Don’t recommend at all stay away from big companies they will just take your money and not fix anything!

Excellent work. We had a very clogged main line that caused our shower to overflow with water, toilet paper, and … it was horrible.
The line was cleared quickly.

OMG! I have had a drain problem for the past year and have had w plumbers come in and no one could help me until today. My technician came in and assured me that he knew how to handle the problem. He explained everything and did not leave until he was sure my problem was gone. It was! 5 stars!

Appointment was made because my shower was leaking so we put a Brand new cartridge in was and it got stuck so we had to call you. It was raining that day and the guy came in with not booties over his shoes for one. He got the cartridge out which was brand new And the right one as we have always used.he said he had to get a different one it wasn’t the right one but yet we used that for years before. So 150 for a new one and meanwhile he kept the one we had! After he said it was fixed and was ready to leave I told him let me try it. There was no hot water! Glad I checked it before he left and also he had the lever going on a full circle which before it was only left for hot right for cold. He said he doesn’t know where the stopper went. The stopper is in the handle not the cartridge so he must of broken the stopper out of the handle and know it goes all the way around and not like he found it! So, I’m not pleased after spending 414.00 it should work as it did before!

We had a leak in the garage & they sent Mr. Ralston out in 1.5 hours. Service was great. Mr. Ralston was very precise & walked me through the entire process. Leak was fixed in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend!

I had a very unfortunate situation where I was in need of immediate assistance. I live in an apartment and I don’t know how but the toilet was clogged and overflowing from the base and top? Anyway, we were worried about leaking onto the people beneath us so we called for an urgent job.estimated window 5: 30 - 7: 30, he got here towards the end of the window.there was no service fee for him coming to check it out and there’s no strings attached if you decide it’s too pricey. It was honestly relatively expensive in my opinion (around $300) but he managed to get it unclogged after we tried MULTIPLE times ourselves.our worker was named Tevin and he was fast and efficient.there’s also a guarantee for 7 days, no charge if they have to fix it during that time.overall, I would use them again for urgent jobs that need a professional.

Root Rooter is not the cheapest cia, but if you want the job done, on time, professionally, carefully, with super nice people, you got the right one. This happened with us yesterday.
