Roula is very patient, she actually listens to the patient and takes the time to explain so they understand. It’s refreshing to not have to fight for proper medical care!

Today I had my first medical appointment with Dr. Luis Ortiz MD, I was satisfied and very happy with his care. In my opinion he is a tremendous doctor. Omi, very pretty and attentive, oh and kind in everything I asked her. The young woman who took my vital signs Sierra was also super friendly without leaving behind the supervisor Shany, very nice and kind as always. God bless you all.

Dr Roula is so caring about her patients, she is amazing, she goes into so much details to guide you through the right treatment, nowadays it’s so rare to find such health care provider! She treats patients as if they are part of her family, if you are considering primary care Roula is your best option to do so. Also she is very knowledgeable with most symptoms and effective medication. I personally went to specialist’s earlier who never went into details as much as her. She is brilliant… thank you Roula.
