Roundman's Pump Repair & Well Drilling, Live Oak FL

I talked to a shorter guy with red hair (couldn’t remember his name) on January 1st 2023 who was great help and it was very friendly. Even went out of his way to help and allow us to meet him at the office to pick up a couple parts. The two parts we picked up was a starting solenoid and was supposed to be a running solenoid. But what we got and paid for was a relay. So we never installed it. I tried to return it but was told that it was what I ordered and was not allowed to return it because they said they don’t know what I did with it and the condition of the part, which they could test that it works. I explained it was the wrong part and didn’t install it because of that. They refused to refund me.

I’ll probably need a pump eventually. Unfortunately I’ll not be using them for that service because of what the owner told me.

I called Roundman’s Pump Repair to replace our rusting water tank. They were quick to respond and gave us the option between a galvanized tank or a bladder tank and explained the difference in price and work. We chose a bladder tank and the crew arrived in the early afternoon and went right to work. When finished, the replacement was much better than the original and they cleaned up the piping on the exterior. Great work and highly recommended.

Fast response, reliable, and honest. We have had these guys out a couple of times and have been very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

This is bittersweet, because I really like Mr Roundman. To be honest I would of given him a 5 start by himself. (No matter how upset I am about the whole experience) I must tell the truth…
The Installation itself was great, Roundman is actually a very nice man and professional with his business so I have to give him credit on that… also the 2 other guys who came to do the work were knowledgeable and did a great Job. So all the guys in the beginning did great.

Now, What is very upsetting to me was the way the office workers treated us afterwards. (Especially his wife) she was rude to me on several occasions. She’s definitely not a people person.
Less than 2 weeks after installation the pipes cracked, water was coming out everywhere. Ask them to come out and fix it since it was still under the 30 day warranty.
His wife said because she believe its an act of God/nature they would have to charge me. She was very dismissive after that. They never mentioned that in the beginning.they told us it was part of the 30 day warranty during installation that parts was covered as well. It was less than a week the pipes cracked.
Along with that she said she would have someone come test the water … but she never scheduled anyone it’s been over 60 days now. Not sure if we’re being discriminated upon for whatever reason.
There was more things that happened I didn’t like, that I even think was illegal like trespassing on my property with their cop friend… but I’ll just brush it off for now…
Since Roundman kept the peace while collecting our last payment. I wish it ended on a more positive note. Since we all deserve grace.
I still have hope they will fix the issues moving forward. Or at least come test the water like they told us they would in the beginning. If not I Will contact BBB office and complain if they don’t finalized the job- will keep you posted.

I can not express my thanks to Fred for coming out since he was in the area. Very friendly, professional service, took time to explain what was happening. A major plus is they appreciate & honor Disabled Veterans & Retired LEO's. UNLIKE SEAMAN'S which I DO NOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO. Now Seaman's has blocked me from writing any reviews. The team from Roundman’s were able to quickly diagnose the problem with our well and offer solutions. Their team showed up on time and worked quickly to install a new pressure tank and control box. I highly recommend using them for your well needs. Thanks Roundman!

Called on Christmas Eve, was the only place that answered. They got someone out the same day and got the pump running again. Was expecting it to be pretty pricey but was not too bad considering it is Saturday and Christmas Eve. Will use again if needed in the future.
