Buyer beware! The previous finance officer was advised to cancel warranties within 24 working hours. This did not happen and are still paying unwanted, and requested to be canceled warranties. Despite efforts to have this reversed at this point has not changed. With the admission of persons in leadership that the previous finance officer failed to do his job and they are having to fix the problems he created. Information I did not solicit or need to receive. However, it does prove my point as to why the warranties I requested to be dropped were not. The dealership refuses to correct this error.

My experience with Rountree and Trey has been less than great. Less than two weeks after purchasing a 2020 chevy Colorado with 61,000 miles, my check engine light came on. I called Trey to discuss possible options. Trey informed me this would be up to a sales manager, so I requested to be called back by one. I then tried to confirm with Trey that he had my phone number to provide to a sales manager, and I was met with a quick “yep” and immediately hung up on.

1 month later and multiple phone calls to the dealership, I still have not received a phone call back.

The check engine light was determined to be caused by exceedingly dirty oil, the dealership was made aware of this and they refuse to entertain the idea they forgot to do an oil change prior to my sale. I have since sent a letter to the General Manager, the Regional Director for the Morgan Auto Group (Rountree's owners), and the Morgan Auto Groups Reputation Director, with no response given.

Additionally, one month after purchase, I became aware that Trey gave me an incorrect VIN when setting up my insurance, so my truck was not insured for the first month I owned it

Would not recommend this dealership or Trey if you expect any customer service help.

Pleasant buying experience. We contacted several dealerships and Rountree came back with the best offer and they even drove a little more than 2 hours each way to deliver the vehicle to our home in Georgia. We would purchase again from this dealership. Thanks again for the pleasant buying experience.

5 stars isn't enough to award the staff here at Nissan they really were a blessing and a pleasure to work with. I would for sure recommend to all my friends and family.
