The front desk lady is not friendly at all, everything I go there for my appointments to deal with her she gets annoyed when I ask her something to her, I called to request a referral by fax from my doctor and she answer was they don't do fax because is too much of a hassle. I like my doctor very much but that lady needs to change the unpleasant attitude.

The only hesitation in writing this review is that my doctor gets too busy. Rowan Tree staff are great, and Dr. Jennifer Bartzak is by far the best doctor I've ever had in my life.

I have been trying to fax over hospital records for two days and their fax doesnt work. Broward Health has been trying to do the same with no luck. I called they dont except via encrypted email by me or the hospital. Ive been seeing Dr Davidson since 2006 when he worked somewhere else and have followed him from practice to private practice. I called in November to make an appointment and left multiple messages and never got a return call or anyone to pick up the phone. I went to a different doctor for that. Today after finally calling about 5 times from work, wouldnt take my medical records via secure email but gave me an appointment for next weds finally. Look nothings perfect but I dont know what is going on lately but Im really tempted to just jump ship after seeing him for 12 or 13 years. Dr Davidson is great but the staff, or lack of is just getting to the point of ridiculous. Whats the point of having a great pcp if you cant get through the staff to see the doctor?

Called multiple times to reschedule appoint. No one answers phones. Also left a voicemail at the request of the office. NEVER recieved a call back. Got a text reminder of appoint, again tried office with no assistance. Then got another text, the Doctor will not be in the day of orginal appoint. This is not the first time I had this issue. Will not be back to Rowan Tree

I have been a patient of Dr. Davidson for years, he is the best doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately the previous receptionist Tania who was sweet and caring and wonderful, was replaced by this cold and uncaring lady, Kristen, who always gives me a hard time when I call to the point where I considered finding another doctor. She seems to act like she's the doctor, I ask to have the doctor return my call and she wants to know why and what's the problem, which is personal and confidential, somehow the doctor never returns my calls even though she says she gave him the message when I call again.it is a shame, she has no business in being a receptionist, she should consider another career, perhaps working for TSA or border patrol.

You guys suck! Your attentiveness and common sense are non existent! I can't even remember this ladies name now.not that she told me her name in the first place. She was the worst. For get it, I want nothing to do with them.

Dr. Jennifer Bartczak is an extremely knowledgeable and at the same time caring and compasdionate physician. She addresses everyone of my needs, while providing emotional support when she senses l'm feeling down. She is much like a "Sports Trainer Coach" who wants to see you quickly get well and get back in the game! I personally feel like l'm with family when being seen in her office. The ancillary staff in the office are friendly, efficient and very attentive to the patient's concerns as well! I leave their office with a sense that a profound positive impact has just taken place with my health care.

Genuinely caring staff and doctors. Calm atmosphere, plenty to read, and short waiting periods. What a doctor's office should be like.

I have been coming to Dr Davidson for the past 4 years and sure some staff from time to time have their moments but so do I, I can be demanding and irritated myself but as a whole the Dr is very professional without being stuffy. He offers an awesome bedside manner and his team although with their days are a great bunch and this would not be my doctor without all the characters. At the end of the day it is about care respect and time. I have never waited more than 5 minuted to see the doctor as long as i have an appointment which i always do. He is respectful in my care and shows a genuine interest in my continued great health. Sure you can pic some random Dr office with stiff employees and NO personality all while waiting an hour to see the doctor without an apology. But i choose Rowan Tree Medical and have learned to appreciate and enjoy their personality. I would recommend them to anyone and by the way I travel from Boynton Beach to see the Doctor.

As an open letter to staff and Dr’s at Roentree Medical.
I love the new offices and am fortunate to be under the care of Dr Myron Davison. He and his staff provide the utmost quality care in the most professional environment, all the while maintaining a personal approach to healthcare.
In recent visits I’ve Noticed the young man at the front desk, who was always there to help with a prior authorizations, questions, and assisting patients, is no longer there. He was such an asset to the office, and in my experience his interaction with myself and with the staff was of the utmost professional manner.he helped me in many ways, researching options and navigating a complicated insurance network. If he in fact has moved on, to other opportunitys, the offices that employe him are lucky to have such an engaged staff member. I would wish him the best of luck. I will continue my care with Dr. Davidson and knowing I am in good professional hands.

I have been a patient of Dr Davidson for many years. He is caring, takes as much time as needed to understand your medical issue and provides excellent care. The new location is easier for parking and very nice. The only concern I had was with a younger man that worked there at the front desk. He was unprofessional, often on his personal devices and not tending to patients. His attitude sucked and he made inappropriate comments to other staff and patients. He no longer works there, hopefully he was fired for his misconduct. A recent review, obviously a factitious name, (Susan?) can most probably be attributed to him! Disgruntled unprofessional employees often use reviews for retribution, don't be fooled by him.

Doctor Davidson has been my doctor since before this current practice existed. I still come to see him even though I live in NY now. 11+ years of exceptional service. Thanks!

Do not go to this Dr, ever since she’s moved to her now location, she’s been distant to both patients and her staff. Dr Bartczak used to spend a whole 30mins or not more with patients and it’s only now 5mins; it’s like she’s not even caring about her patients anymore. I’ve seen her always on her phone before and after seeing patients. Her partner, Dr Davidson, is out of this world amazing, he is always picking up her slack when she cancels her days which has been very very frequent as of late. In my opinion he’s more of a doctor than she is. The office staff, like her partner, is too out of this world. They are always helping the patients when they can and I think it’s because of Dr Bartczak that the staff gets too overwhelmed bc she’s always having them do something while in the middle of helping out another person. My rating is based on ONLY dr Bartczak, not the office in general. If this was for her partner, Dr Davidson, I’d be giving him 5 starts because he shows more care and compassion for his patients than she does.

I have been a part at Rowen tree medical for over 10 years. The staff are always professional yet make you feel as your part the family. The office is always very clean and organized. I've had the pleasure of being treated by both Drs and am very satisfied with their care, knowledge and expertise. Our Doctor and patient relationship has been of great reppour, respect and compassion. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism have and still receive at Rowen Tree medical. In fact my entire family from my aging parents, adult siblings have also noticed the exceptional care and have chosen to also be a part of Rowen tree medical center. Their wide variety of services include family practice, internal medicine, disease control, research, weight control and basic beautification procedures such as chemical peeling, Botox and others. I recommend this practice to all.

Dr. Davidson is great. My review borders between 3 and 4 only because it is next to impossible to reach anyone in the office. This is an issue the office has had for years. It has recently gotten worse. The phone system directs callers to several stations. The message box for any station besides the front desk is always full and nobody has picked up the phone at the front desk since December. I had a routine physical in February and received a bill for lab work. I have called no less than 10 times and I am unable to reach anyone. I even called LabCorp and they can't reach anyone. I sent emails and I can't reach anyone. What is going on with the office staff?

I have been a patient of Dr. Davidson for over 15 years and I am very very happy with him and his service. His new office staff is much better than the staff previously employed. My only negative it is difficult to get someone on the phone when needed, I hope they will get this corrected soon!

Do not put your health in these clowns hands. I called for 3 weeks 13 messages stating I thought something was wrong never got a response or a return phone call needless to say I ended up in the hospital for four days.
