Royal Arms Condominiums, Altamonte Springs FL

Looks like everyone here is selling these condos but at 360/month the place looks like bothing is every cleaned so whos laundering the 360/month from every owner because you sure arent even washing the pool deck and there appears to be no amentities worth that cost

For renters, this is a lovely community near Altamonte Springs town center. There are many attractions nearby, grocery stores, parks, and shopping centers. It is also right off of I-4. The community is not very pet friendly as no dogs are allowed. However, it is a quiet community with beautiful and peaceful waterfront views.

As a previous property owner of these condos, I would tell potential buyers to be cautious. The HOA is sketchy and increases dues every year with no appropriate explanation for the need of an increase. In the three years that I was an owner, my HOA fees increased by over $100 per month. The association also has 3 litigations open and had a sink hole by the lake in 2019. This made it very difficult to sell! Please beware.

If you want to support racist property owners this is the place to go. I can’t believe this level of discrimination still exists. Very dissatisfied with my experience with the board.

Run! This company is requiring proff of covid vaccine to live in their apartments.

It is nice and pleasant great people very quiet people are very nice and lovely everyone has their own cars mostly working people live there every thing is just central businesses places shopping centers the mall the hospital train station post office school church Restaurant gestation club and bar supermarkets bank and court house police department and a hole lots more to mention but time would not allow me to put them in ok to you all have a blessed week one love
