Very organized getting on and off ship.
Staff amazing! Had a wonderful Christmas cruise.
Plenty to do. There were 17 of us. Shows were great.

Everything was quite nice, all the staff are very friendly and wonderful at their jobs.
I recommend that you read the fine print carefully before purchasing because there are things that you find out on the cruise.
And they should highlight or recommend what season to go so as not to meet pure grandparents on the cruise, some of whom are quite bitter.

Our favorite cruise line, we got the Junior Suite, and we were amazingly happy with the space, the 2 toilets and the commodity of the room. OMG, the bed was super comfortable that I slept like a baby. Views are incredible, service is just perfect and everything overall went magnificent.

On my 1st cruise and we chose Royal Caribbean allure of the seas. I'm not sure wr can top it. There is so much to do from pools, hot tubs, rock wall, putt putt, zip line, boogie boarding, to art gallery, comedy show, ice skating show, water show and so much more. There are tons of restaurants and unlimited free pizza and ice cream. The buffet is decent. Not really impressed with the food in the main dinning but the service is unmatched. The service of every single staff member is unmatched. We will definitely be cruising Royal again soon.

We cruised for the first time with Royal Caribbean - Independence of the Seas.

The experience was interesting. We were supposed to go to Labadee and midway through, our course was changed - only for it to be windy the whole day at Coco Cay. I understand having to change the routes because of weather but they could have given us something for the change of plans because majority of the people on the boat were intending to go the Labadee.

The Food: I think we can all agree on the quality of food on a cruise. WindJammer had the same food everyday. Our service for our time dining was amazing - that's what made the cruise worth while. We also tried the Chef's table for our Anniversary and the flavor was all there. I wish they applied some of that flavor to the other dinning experiences.

It was "an experience" to cruise with Royal Caribbean. Harshall and Suman from our time dining and our server from the Chef's Table were "Chef's kiss" to our cruise.

Always have a great time with Royal. Fun entertainment for all ages, delicious food, and clean/friendly/courteous staff.

Excellent, magnificent, it is quite an odyssey, you never get tired, so many activities, so many shows, so many restaurants, so much delicious food, we will gladly return

Food was bad, service was bad, activities were boring, most of the family had a bad time, and in my opinion the best part was at the golf course (the video, golf course is behind me

I was on Symphony of the Seas for 3 weeks. And it was wonderful. I met a lot of people, the shows were great. The food was good, the entertainment was good. I recommend this ship.

Really the best vacation ever! Great staff, delicious food, wonderful ports of call. My next cruise will be just as good as this one was.

Once again, Royal did not disappoint. While the weather was not ideal, they did everything possible to make us feel safe and appreciated as guests. One or two on-board incidents that may not have been handled as I would have preferred, but overall a great experience on Odyssey of the Seas.

Amazing boat, lots of activities for any ages. Amazing shows, games, dancing and of course too much food and food choices. Great trip!

By far our number cruise line. I’ve been on 5 Royal Caribbean cruises now. With my wife (4) and kids (2) and we will continue sailing with them. So much to do on the boat. I love the flow-rider (Surfing) and my kids love all the activities on the boat. My wife loves to relax and there’s plenty of places for her to do so. This cruise line meets pretty much everyone’s needs. If you want to avoid kids then this cruise line might not be for you.

I loved every bit of it, from the room service to the food, ambience, facilities, and services. Well done

Very nice cruise, the shows were great, Hiro, 1977, and Dream. The dining was good and the stateroom attended was above average. 5 star fun

Lost my luggage! Last time I saw it was when they tell you, you can leave it outside your room. I travel a lot and is the firt time this happens to me! They said the only thing I had to do was report it on the Chargerback website and wait. 7 days later, they tell me, I had to make a claim to the ship representation on the same day! No one told me that before! I repeat, this is the first time this happens to me! How was I supposed to know! I even called customer service that day and no one said nothing to me! Not the employees on port, not Royal Carribbean customer service. So, no compensation for me, I just lost everything, my clothe, shoes, purse, souvenirs, etc everything! So frustrating, so powerless, very dissapointed
