Royal Insurance Agency, Fort Lauderdale FL

I recommended this agency to my 23 y.o. Based on the reviews of how helpful they were. My daughter was in a desperate situation bc her insurance had gone up to $600/mo for a couple of accidents that happened over 2 years ago (one of which was not even her fault). Who can afford that!? Especially a young adult trying to get a start in life. I thought that maybe by going to an agency they would have better resources to find a policy for her that was more affordable. What I expected was to have her call answered by a compassionate/caring individual but instead she was met with a RUDE /uncaring individual who, once she saw her history REFUSED to even TRY to help her and bluntly stated "Oh I am NOT going to write a policy for YOU. "
I was so embarrased for recommending she call this agency whom I thought would help take care of my daughter. Instead she was met withDISDAIN for her less than stellar history. It is already difficult enough to have gone through what she has with the accidents. Only one of them was her fault. These kids out here are just trying to survive in today's economy and the JOB of an agent is to TRY to help. Even if in the end she could not do anything for her.the simple fact is - she didn't even TRY. AND she was RUDE TO BOOT! Be forwarned that they WILL DISCRIMINATE against you if you have anything wrong with your driving history!
