Royal Oaks Townhomes, Hollywood FL

Very spacious houses, with modern kitchens, a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom and a cozy balcony in the second room, in conclusion they have a good distribution of spaces.

Don’t move here please, the worst place in Hollywood.
The place is horrible, I just wish I can live in a different place.

I have lived her 5 years. The neighbors are the best and very friendly. Ana our manager is awesome she is always there if you need something.

I have to highly recommend:

Roxanna Young, for always being there for us, helping us every time we need anything. Gabriel, the repair person, he does every job fast, on weekends, every time perfect. Danielle Codispoti Ortiz: She is the high manager, also very helpful every step of the way.

This place is the worst place to live, no gate for 2 months all ready, there is a few neighbors the doing illegal business, I just wait until my lease ending.

I would like to start off by saying lady in the office Roxana is extremely rude. When we first moved here Edwin was working here and he was very welcoming. Sadly he left and Roxana is now here. She’s been here for a few months and made my family and others feel very uncomfortable. She’s on top of everyone’s shoulders. Trust me it’s not worth it. She makes this place terrible. She’s very inconsiderate and believe me you don’t want to live in a place where the association doesn’t try to help you. Constantly feel like this lady is against us rather than welcoming and allowing us to feel comfortable in our own home. I can’t wait to leave this place.

In the last six months The owners try to make this place like a ghetto.
Just wish my lease was over.

Royal oaks has been amazing every since we moved in, the office staff is very attentive to our needs. The property is well kept and the neighbors are great.

I absolutely love this community the office staff is great, Edwin was wonderful during the tour and the move in process, Abel is also great anything we need he takes care of. The community is close to everything and we have no complaints we are glad we Choose Royal Oaks.

Royal Oaks has been great for the time that I have been here, the office staff has been great no complaints, Parking is not to bad and the best part is its close to 95 and allot of shops.

Exceptional care, couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a home for over 3 years now. Everyone’s extremely friendly, it’s a well put together community, and the workers of our office are just great people. They tend to make sure we are taken care of and that we are aware of any changes that might be occurring in the community before time has come. Just glad overall to be apart of the royal oaks family!

I highly recommend this property without reservation. They provide excellent customer service and address my maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Just moved into Royal and I have to say I love it so far, the office staff is great Abel is awesome and very helpful. Edwin is also great he was beyond helpful during the entire process of looking for an apartment until move in. I would definitely recommend Royal Oaks.

I am extremely pleased with the staff here at Royal Oak Townhomes. They are very professional and attentive. They are on the ball with any and everything that is presented to them. I have been completely satisfied with the staff. They are very helpful and concerned. They are the reason I renewed my lease for 14 months. They are absolutely.fantastic!
