They are amazing here. Thank you to Kasie, Dr. McLaughlin and the entire staff for helping my dog get her infected teeth out. This facility is top notch - my dog is normally very timid and afraid to go to the vet. As soon as we drop her off, she is calms down immediatly because the staff are so caring. They also kept me in the loop throughout her surgery, texted me to check in, and overall provided a fantastic experience for my family and I (we were nervous with her being older). Thank you Royal Palm Vet center for being so great!

This is the best vet in the area. They are patient, kind, and have never made me feel like they're trying to overcharge me for services I don't need. They adore animals and it shows! I highly recommend this place!

This is the best Veterinary Center or better yet, Animal Hospital we have seen in America. They love pets and really care, not only about your pets, but about your bills also. It is a training hospital and if they have interns, there is a 50% markdown on pricing if your pet needs surgery. Truly caring and loving nurses and doctors. Best care I have ever seen for all your pets. 10 STARS.

I have a dog who needs emergency dental work and I was referred to RPVC by Access Specialty Animal Hospital. At first the people at RPVC were happy to listen to what was going on with my dog until I told them that I was working with an organization called Pets of the Homeless and that they would be paying for the procedure (s). The conversation changed immediately. I was informed that RPVC was not taking any new clients and that was that. No referrals, no nothing. So they really couldn't care less that my dog is in agony, that they're guaranteed to be paid for their services, they just don't want someone homeless (or their dog) in their facility. Despicable.

We have been taking our furbabies here for several years after having bad experiences at other vets. We found the staff at Royal Palm Vets to very caring and compassionate especially with the loss of our German Shepard, Sheba, who we had to put down recently. They were kind, compassionate as well as gentle with the procedure. Sheba passed with love and understanding in her eyes as she drew her last breath. Thank you so much for your compassion during this hard time for us

Looked like a very good clinic, unfortunately they refused service to us because my dog is a giant breed and supposedly is “aggressive”. We had medication for him to be calmer at vet visits as well as a muzzle, so it is very frustrating that they would refuse service on this basis, considering that all pets should be welcome to get the care they need. I understand that you might have concerns, but instead of coming up with the solution to help us out, they refuse to help at all.

Highly recommend this place. Dr. McLaughlin and staff are great. They are friendly, very caring and compassionate. I couldn't be any happier going anywhere else!

Dr Herejk was very kind and caring with our dog. She truly cares for her patients and listens to your concerns. She even gave us a ramp for our dog who has a hard time loading into our vehicle. Great place!

Dr. Herejk and her staff are awesome! Visiting this office is a breath of fresh air. The doctor and staff are extremely attentive and understanding. They take extra care when my Aussie comes to visit, he has fear based aggression and is scared half out of his mind when he goes to the vet. They know exactly how to handle him without judgement. I will always bring my animals here for any veterinary need.
