4Came in for a finger print appointment with my coworker. I had a 11: 55am appointment and she had an 11: 50am appointment. We walked in the office at 11: 59am because it took us sometime to find the office. When we walked in the lady said she could only take the 11: 55am appointment because she had to go on lunch break and had a nail appointment. I tried my hardest to not be rude about it but I couldn’t believe what she was saying. After going back and forth about this for about 3min she finally asked for both of our IDs and walked away. Then said can you ladies come back here. We walked to the back and she told my friend that she has no confirmation for her appointment and she couldn’t do her finger prints without it. My friend showed her that she was charged for her appointment but she said without the confirmation email she can’t do the appointment and that she would have to call the 1800 number. While doing my finger prints I could tell she was annoyed and I told her thank you and she didn’t even respond. All of this for her to do a less than 5 min process she could’ve just don’t my friends fingerprints but choose to just not be nice about all of this. After my coworker finally got through to customer service they said her appointment was marked as a “no show”. I usually don’t ever leave bad reviews but this lady should not have so much power to make decisions in this office, because we were also on our lunch break and drove 30min to receive poor service and basically be lied to because she had somewhere else to be. Didn’t get the ladies name but we went in at 1/12/2024 at 11: 59am so hopefully whoever reads this can check the schedule and know exactly who the employee was this day.

They are supposed to close on Saturdays at 2 pm.well, I'm here from 12 to 1: 25 and they're not here.
Mary was great! My family and I moved to Texas from abroad. There are about a million differences in how things work between one country and another. Mary took the time to go through everything with me, answer my questions, get me the best rates — and even caught an error (on my part) and had payments refunded to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether they had silly questions (like me) or not.
