Royalty Puppies, Instagram account was shared to me. We lost our Shih Tzu, a year and a half ago and I wasn’t ready yet for my fur ever fur Baby. I reached out to them letting them know I was interested in a male Shih Tzu. I received a call from Valentina, and she was following up with my email and in return sent me 2 pictures and videos of the male puppies they had. I was very interested in one of them they had because his features were so adorable and his hazel eyes and fur coat were a very rare color to see in this breed. I fell in LOVE & Valentina, answered all my questions and concerns. She was so honest about the integrity of this company which helped me in the process of purchasing him online. She made the logistics of his transfer to us so flawless. We reached out to Kevin, the driver as well and he also made us feel at ease and comfortable about the logistics of the transfer. We’ve had him for less than 24 hours and he has brought so much LOVE and happiness back into our lives. THANK YOU, ROYALTY PUPPIES!

I was lied to. And she was not being taken care of the way they told me. I spent a lot of money getting her better. And to top it off she trying to charge me again. Aft the took the money out it bank. Never again. Be careful this is not a good place.
