I couldn't get a hold of the last mechanic I used, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I chose IP Automotive based on their great reviews, which as it turns out, are well deserved! Tyler and Justin stayed in communication with me while my car was being worked on. They were both friendly and professional. Justin easily could have told me one of the issues was related to my alternator or transmission and I wouldn't have known the difference. It was just my battery and he was honest about it. I also had an oil leak caused by a faulty change at one of those "stay in your car" places. The oil change done properly today cost less than the previous one. The cost of labor was beyond reasonable, too. They even included pictures of the issues on my receipt. I will be using IP Automotive for all of my vehicle needs moving forward and will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Took our Discovery 2016 & Mercedes 2020 to be serviced at IP Automotive Justin worked on both cars. He performed a diagnosis, serviced the cars; one needed a battery and the other 50,000K check. We were so pleased with both Justin & Tyler professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. We will definitely return as needed and highly recommend. Great, honest mechanics are a blessing!

One thing that is so under rated is finding a great reliable auto shop. One that communicates and keeps me updated on the status of my service, and gets the job done efficiently and correctly. This shop goes above and beyond to do that all that. I don’t know much about servicing cars other than basic maintenance things that need to be done; however, I did not need to worry about that with this shop. I brought my car in to replace my windshield wipers as well as to check my brakes (since I can’t remember the last time they were checked). After they took a look at the car, they called me and explained everything they recommended to be done with a time frame that it should be done (didn’t oversell, which I appreciated). The gentleman who called me explained it all in a simple easy way for me to understand, which put me at ease. It was such a smooth and easy process, I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future services!

This is the third time I've used RPM, s services. Every single time they were thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are a touch on the high end, but well worth paying a little bit more for quality. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants and needs a mechanic that you can rely on and know the job is done right. A good mechanic is very hard to find. This family shines.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. My mom went here to have her brakes replaced. That cost over $700, but that's not the issue. The issue is my moms car was fine body wise. When we received the car back from them she noticed the paint on the back by the bumper and trunk was chipped. On top of that the bumper was no longer aligned like it's been hit. The car was not like this when it was brought to the shop. When my mother mentioned this they turned around and completely lied about it and said it was already there. Unfortunatly my mom didn't take pictures of her car before giving it to them. But now she knows better. These people damaged my moms car and then lied about it. Again if you care about your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE! If you do I highly recommend taking pictures of your car before you give it to them. Please protect yourselves from these people.

Didn't get anything major done to it just a simple diagnostic on a problem i was having. But did get a good sense of the place and people super friendly and helpful good eye too notice the crack didn't seem like I was being milked for my money like the last place was next car ill definitely be bringing in here.
