While the system gave me an appointment 8: 00-12: 00 the technician (Pedro) arrived at 2: 00. He inspected the dishwasher and ordered the part. The second appointment was kept and Pedro replaced the broken part. I wish he had re-assembled the inside parts of the dishwasher, but Pedro was quick and competent.

No one returns phone calls. Called 4 times this morning left messages have time to call to confirm today’s appointment

The first time I reported an issue with the brand new refrigerator they sent a delivery guy that said it couldn't be fixed that the refrigerator had to be replaced. They sent someone else and they said it was a light and it could be fixed then they ordered the part.sent the technician out again they got the wrong part then they called and said they had the right part and canceled like 3 times before they finally fixed it. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Very disappointed with appointment, change hrs.without consulting with clients to see if I was available, last Tuesday waited nobody show up to my house not even a call it took almost one month for my microwave to be fixed. No complain about the technician.

David did an excellent job trying to fix our ice maker however he was not able to fix it due to him not being able to get to the area he needed to. He called his office and was advised to tell us we would get a replacement

This company is totally horrible! From top to bottom the call center and the technician were extremely unprofessional. They scheduled my appointment for the afternoon and changed it to the morning the night before the appointment without any sufficient notice.
Good thing I work remote from home so it worked out for me anyway.

The technician came and refused to work with me on the basis that the serial number is no longer visible on my dishwasher. I requested that he stayed so we could sort out the issue between American Home Shield and R&R on the phone.

One of the people I talked to at R&R was very abrasive and cut me off before I could explain anything. The technician kept telling me he had to go but I told him to hang on till everything is sorted out
He ended up walking outside my door without saying anything while I was on the phone on hold trying to get authorization and serial numbers etc.

This company will not be in business too long if they treat their customers this way.
Bottom line, they absolutely do not care!

Jesus, the service technician assigned to repair my fridge, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with his service.

Called Teo days in advance asking for an appointment, they gave it to me. I specified that I was ok with the time frame because I had to plan my work schedule around it. Last minute they decided to change my appointment time frame 4 hours earlier, I called to ask them to honor their appointment timeframe and they told me that no. Waste of my time and totally unprofessional, I spoke with the supposed manager and they couldn’t find another technician to go within timeframe scheduled.

The model refrigerator frigidaire top freezer model bought inn April/May 2021 not a good one. First there was ice forming in the freezer and now a fowl odor coming from the drip tube and pan. The pan is bolted in so it cannot be cleaned.

After 34 days of not getting the parts for my repair.when they were finally ready they call me for an appointment the afternoon of the day before. My only request since they had a 5 hour window time to show up at my house was give a call 30 minutes before arriving which they failed to do so. The technician rang the door and I was able to talk to him on my NEST door bell and told him to please wait for 10 minutes while drive back home. It took me only 12 minutes the get back and he was not there. Called dispatch to have him comeback and technician never pick up. Waited half a morning waiting for them to comeback but nothing. This a complete lack of respect for the customers time and even worst the way how customer service basically cleans their hands out of the problem by saying they have no control over the technician. Will be taking my business somewhere else I’m the future

No call no show appointments. Unhelpful when contacted. We have had an appointment scheduled for a week and a half for a broken refrigerator. Upon contacting this them to follow up on the appointment after confirming it the day prior, I was told that the next appointment date was over three weeks out and that if I had a problem with that it to talk to someone else. Unacceptable service. I am honestly surprised with how this occurred based on their reviews.

Not only were they 3days late.left mud on the floor. They didn't even turn on my appliance, but ordered parts for a washer when I they came out for my dryer. (even though I was in the room the whole time, watching) They don't know what there doing.

The technician was on time he was very professional. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I believe he needs more than 5 stars I would use them even after my warranty has expired.

Trainee filmed on ring doorbell camera talking about my body as they were leaving. I called the office since they would have to come back with a part and told them what was said. I was told that same person would have to come back with the part and that they would let the manager know. I told them that I wanted to talk with the manager and did not want the trainee back in my home, but was told no. I am contemplating not getting the Warrenty repair done and just buying a new appliance if this is my only option.

Update: company management called and made it right

Customer service was unacceptable. The operators refused to hear my concerns about possibly having had the wrong parts ordered. I asked if the technician could possibly come back to have another look, but they refused. I waited 7 weeks, and as expected the wrong parts were received, and different parts needed to be ordered 7 weeks later. So we continue to wait. The technician made a mistake, however, that was not the cause of our frustration, it was the lack of assistance from their call center. They truly work like robots. I'm not convinced that I will receive acceptable service at this point, my calls are conveniently disconnected.

Wish there was ZERO STARS!

This is a very unprofessional, rude, and lying team. The"ladies" that answer the phones are a nightmare and liars. If you push for an answer they lie and if you confront them they hang up on you.

I do NOT recommend this company at all unless you want to waste money, time, and energy.

Waited 3 weeks plus for the part, then had an 8am-12pm appt window that was changed to 12pm-5pm and service showed up at 10: 30am. Nearly missed him. Service should carry a cover pad to put on granite counters to accomplish work. He fixed what was broken.
