2I have my tow truck business with RRL and they have been very helpful getting me my policies on time and when needed every year. Prices are also very competitive
This review is regarding a manager Tammy. She never picks up the phone, never. I tried so many times to reach to her email, phone call. She never call back after voicemail. I don’t understand how this insurance company works with this poor management. I also wondering how does she get paid for this poor performance? Is anybody can tell me how she got this position and how she still working as a manager? This is very serious. Please do yourself job. If anyone HR or owners are seeing this review and please do audit the entire process of your business. Hopefully you can make things even better than ever. Thank you
