After a phone call to set and appointment, talking directly with the groomer and assist to the appointment ON TIME, the guy just pass me three times with other consumers, and let me with no service, I dont know if those costumers are friends of the groomer of what.very unprofessional treatment to me.definitely wont recommend this mess.
