Great group of knowledgeable doctors with years of experience in the field, my two kids has been going there from the age 0 and I have only positive things to say!

I used to love this office when it was just Dr. Rub and his brother. This nurse practitioner was very dismissive and rude. I refused the pelvic exam and after repeating myself out loud “ I refused the exam” on my daughter she continued to peak. Even my 10 year old daughter said “mommy she’s rude” I could’ve been nasty and loud but I’ll be spending my money because I am self paid to pediatric associates. The Med student had more manners. The office staff seem lost and confused and unorganized.

Terrible experience! Completely unprofessional, stay away!
Took my child for a simple follow up ear infection visit after visiting the doctor earlier in the week.
First, they asked for payment which is not a problem, I paid them. We were admitted to the exam room and an intern walked in and said he will be checking my 9 month old child and report to the doctor, I thought it was odd and very unusual because after all I expected to be see by a doctor not an intern. He proceeded to check my baby and walked away, a few minutes later another intern walked in and in the presence of the first intern performed the same check up at which point I felt that this is absurd! I paid and expected to see a doctor and I asked they a doctor come in to the room, which he did just to confirm that all is okay. I will never on my life thought that this is possible! They simply don’t care, I understand the interns need to gain knowledge but to put my child’s health in the hands on an intern without a supervising doctor is unheard of! Shame on you for running a practice like this. I will never come back to this office.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Rub and specifically asked to see Dr. Jose Rub. My daughter was seen by one of the nurses and I the doctor never saw her. I was told the doctor was not even at the office that day. It was disappointed.

They are my kids pediatrician. I know them since 2004. They are very helpful and they go extra miles to help us. Thank you DR. RUB BROTHER.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Seriously, I’ve never been in a doctor’s office where the entire staff was completely rude! From the receptionist, nurses, and even billing. The level of unprofessionalism is just plain crazy. They’re not professional or friendly at all. I took my TWO WEEK old baby to this dump once and I never went back. My 1st and only visit they had me waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours, even though I had an appointment ahead of time! I complained to the receptionist twice and all she said was they were other patients ahead of me which was a lie because I noticed I was there before several patients that when in ahead of me even though I had gotten there first. When they finally took me in I complained to the doctor about the long wait and all of the sudden he rushes out of the room we were in and proceded to yell at his incompetent staff for keeping me waiting that long he then stormed back into the room I was in with my baby and SLAMMED the door behind him IN FRONT OF ME. I could not believe what was happening. He then proceeded to just act completely frustrated to the point he wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge the fact that I was standing there in the room WITH HIM watching the entire thing! He eventually gather himself and proceeded to check my baby. All I said at that point was “can we just get this appointment done so I can leave? I’ve been here for too long”. He finally checked my baby and I walked out of there as quickly as I could AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. Horrible horrible experience! Sad because when Dr. Rub went to see my baby at the hospital after I delivered her I thought he seemed like a really nice Doctor but this in-office experience forced me to look else where for a new pediatrician for my baby. And I’m glad I did, her new pediatrician’s office is wonderful! Don’t need the unkind rude treatment. THANK YOU.

Amazing Dr! I met him at the hospital, really friendly. He really cares about, and he invests time in his patients.

My experience was not very pleasant.

I came to this office looking for a pediatrician for my unborn daughter I spoke to Dr Rub talked to the nurses and the staff and decided to use him when my daughter was born. I asked what had to be done and they gave me paperwork to fill out and to turn it in after my daughter was born and the doctor saw her at the hospital, I accepted and asked if they would take my insurance gave them the physical card, checked it and said they had no problem taking my insurance I asked again if they wanted the paperwork filled out and they said no to bring it the day after she was born.the day finally came my daughter was born everything went great Dr Rub came saw her checked her out and said to make an appointment to bring her the day after the hospital. The day after the hospital I called to make such said appointment and they said they do not accept my insurance and never have. My insurance paid for everything at the hospital except Dr Rub because they are not on the network and when I asked why I was getting a bill when originally I asked if they were on my network they said it was a MISSUNDERTANDING that I was now responsible of paying I asked to make a settlement or payment arrangement since me and my wife lost our jobs do to covid-19 they declined and said if I didn't pay them that day they would immediately send it to a collection agency. I paid them as I fell threatened by them I don't think it was fair what they did and this should serve as a warning to anyone who wants to choose this practice for their kids. CONSUMER BEWARE!

We switched to Rub after Pediatric association, where they could not cute his cough fir 3 month.
Long time ago

Avoid this doctors office at all costs. For the longest time I was loyal to these doctors because I grew up with their father as my doctor. I was even willing to travel from Coral Springs just because I knew their family and wanted my kids to grow up with the same doctors. But after their father died, the kind treatment I used to receive at their offices have drastically declined. The nurses are beyond outrageous and have a tendency to only treat Spanish speaking customers with kindness. I’ve notified all the people I referred to go there to stop going and avoid them. And I hope whoever reads this will heed my warning and save themselves the headache of dealing with their terrible service and unprofessional staff. If you know of a doctor office in the Miami and Broward county area who values all their customers despite their ethnicity, please leave their name and number in the comments.
