These guys were so helpful. Only one who could help me on a Saturday. I was so annoying calling every so often and they stayed patient with me ensuring I’d be taken care of. Will absolutely come back if anything happens to my car in the future.

Noticed a nail in my tire late in the afternoon and needed it fixed by the following morning. Called the shop and spoke to Cesar and he told me to come on in. Everyone was friendly and professional. Eric was quick and had my tire fixed in no time. Fast, friendly and fairly priced service!

Cezar and his Family/team always takes the best care of me when I come in. Had a HUGE bolt in my tire and they got me in and took care of me as soon as they could. I passed several other tire places to get to Rubber city cause I k ow they care and are fair.

Rubber City has repaired two tires for me. Wonderful guys and I trust them 100%! No frills, quick service and affordable.

I had some wheels put on my car for a decent price but they didn't install the valve stem properly. When they fixed that they forgot to rebalance the wheel so I had to go back. They fixed that right away but forgot to put my hub centric ring back on. I have spares at home but I'm never going back for fear of them forgetting something else.

We were on a long camping trip for Spring Break this year. During the trip, we had severe problems with both tires on our camper. It was a Sunday night, so we had to make due and limp to our campground. On Monday morning, I called Rubber City and talked to Cesar about my tire situation. I told him I needed it replaced the next day (Tuesday morning) as we were continuing our trip to the next location. He ordered a couple of options for me to make sure we were covered. I said I would be there between 11 and 11: 30. We were a little late that day, but Cesar called me to check on me. I happened to be 5 minutes away. From the time I got in there, he had me fully repaired and back on the road in 45 minutes! Sorry for the long-winded story, but USE THIS COMPANY! They were a treat to deal with, and it was very much appreciated by these weary travelers. Thank you to Cesar for being so responsive, so professional, and so courteous with us. I have worked with these guys for a few years - they are just great. I have my own shop (but I don't do alignments), so I know they are giving me a good deal and doing great work.

Best tire shop and undercarriage work in town. These guys won't try to upsell something to you that you don't need and they'll have it done in a very timely fashion. 10/10

Working with Rubber City made upgrading my truck very easy. Personalized service helped me identify the wheels, tires and lift kit I needed. Was traveling thru and busted up my tensioner pully and almost lost it on the skyway bridge! These guys took us in without an appt and fixed what was needed, sourced quick parts and even suggested replacing u joints as well! (Which I knew I had put off for far too long) and at reasonable prices. Desk guy was super kind and empathic to our situation (we live nomadically) as well as knowledgeable and not cocky like some can be. Finding a trustworthy shop on the road can be a total nightmare. These guys took really good care of us!

They got the precise tire my son's car required, got it installed quickly and correctly, and my son was able to leave the area safely, and all of this at a fair price. Cesar was helpful in getting my car in and repaired in quick fashion, he gave detailed and clear answers to my questions and he was easy to work with. The car is running great!

Just want to thank Cesar, Leslie and their crew. Have been using them for all our vehicles domestic and foreign. They have even worked on two of our Cj7 jeeps. They are honest, reasonable, fair and a hard working small family owned Bussiness. Communication is always great and time frame for work being done is always as promised. We so appreciate the exceptional work they do as well as being just the nicest people to deal with. Customer service and good people are getting harder to find. They are a great establishment!
