I really like Dr. Guzman and the ladies in the office are very friendly. I disagree with the arrival time protocol.my paperwork said to arrive an hour before my actual appointment even though I had completed paperwork prior to my visit. This seems excessive. However, I do like the doctor and will continue as a patient.

I was very satisfied with my appointment. I was very grateful for Dr. Guzman taking the time to explain everything to me and making me feel a lot better about my upcoming surgery. His staff were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Guzman!

I have had horrendous experiences in the past when it comes to gynecologists. I have left crying and feeling as if I was the problem and never feeling heard. I’ve left being made to feel like I’m overreacting and that I don’t know my own body.

However that hasn’t been my experience with Dr. Guzman and his staff. I explained my situation and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and that I leave happy and smiling. They listen to what you are describing and what’s going on and they don’t make you feel as if you are overreacting. They don’t tell you “that’s just part of being a woman”. Instead they have a let’s fix this attitude because they believe in quality of life and the health of their patients.

I wish I could spell the nurses name that I see when I go because she is an absolute delight. During my first appointment while I’m shaking with fear and fighting the tears and anxiety attack, she begins fishing for the subject that gets me talking and to get me out of my head. She is a true treasure.

As a matter of fact, the entire staff is a true treasure. They are all so warm and welcoming. You feel as if you are the only patient there with how attentive they are, even while in the waiting room.

I cannot recommend them enough.

I was pretty nervous to see a male doctor, but Dr. Guzman was great. He communicated what he was doing and was very assuring. Athough I was still very anxious, I appreciate how he handled me as a patient.

I felt so completely comfortable and cared for with Dr. Guzman and all his staff. He is an extraordinary doctor, no-nonsense but open, informative and thorough. My surgery and after care were excellent and he and his staff made a not-so-pleasant situation into one that, for me, was easy and rewarding.

Wait at doctors office for 40 minutes before I went in the room! Then 25 minutes later had annual pap! Wish they could see the patient in a reasonable time! Thanks
