After a very bad motorcycle accident while on vacation in Florida (caused by another driver in a vehicle) I got connected with Rubenstein Law. My attorney Sally Prieto-Chomat and legal assistant Mauricio Monroy were great. They fought relentlessly and kept me updated through the whole process of two and a half years. DO NOT hire this company, they kept signing up new clients, but don't have time to work on your case, communication is very bad. My case is over three years now, and they still haven't closed my case. On top of that, their satisfaction department is a joke, the worse one is Maria, I have never encountered people like her in a customer service department, she is extremely rude and unprofessional, I don't understand why she feels the need to answer every single questions with yell and sarcastic.

I had no worries, I reviewed great care, they made me feel comfortable as they fought on my behalf. This team did everything they said they would do and more. So I gave them five stars but they deserve more.
