2 An absolute workhorse of a saw. We’ve cut tens of thousands of feet of tile, of all sorts and sizes, glass, granite etc. This saw is amazing.
But I really want to hone in on is how absolutely amazing the customer service is. From moving the saw in and out of the trailer hundreds of times since we’ve got it, the bridge has worked itself out of square. I called yesterday and spoke with a gentleman who told me the technician, would get with me as soon as he can. Hector called me shortly after from his personal cell phone, walked me through making my cuts true again and sent me a video of a walk-through of making adjustments to my cuts. I am beyond happy with not only the services but the product
I recently purchased a Rubi tile saw Diamant DC-250 from Tools 4 flooring. I love the saw, but unfortunately the saw was damaged during shipping from Rubi. I contacted Tools 4 flooring and they immediately contacted Rubi with a list of parts that were damaged. Hector Martinez from Rubi shipped my parts out and I had them the next day. Hector was great! He is a valuable asset to your customer service department. I highly recommend Rubi tools!
