Ruby Tuesday reviews
24Glad to see Ruby Tuesday at OIA open again. Just beverages but you can bring food in. Staff is very attentive and happy to be back at work.
We went for breakfast located in MCO airport. It was $75 for 4 people to eat which is expensive to me. The bacon is terrible, but the pancakes are fantastic. Other then the fact that the service takes awhile, it is served by extremely friendly people
Not maintaining 6 ft distancing, food was terrible, and server looked over worked. Paid a ton of money for less than fast service quality food. Just eat fast food if you are there and hungry.
These people do not de-vein their shrimp! Very unsafe.service here is very slow! Can you imagine I waited 45 minutes to get de-vein shrimp.thery should shut this place down! Doesn't deserve a star.
My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience here. The prices really weren't bad at all, which was surprising for airport dining. The salad bar was a little small, but spotless and so clean! The food was delicious as always. Niz was our waitress and she provided us with exceptional service; treating us like family. She was wonderful and went out of her way for us to make our dining experience outstanding. Thank you so much!
For an airport restaurant, it was pretty impressive! The service was very good, the only reason for the four stars is the wait to be seated.but again for an airport restaurant, that is to be expected. Not any fault to the facility, the responsibility lies w/ the overall location. All of the staff, including the bar tenders were TOP NOTCH especially while dealing w/ a whole bunch of cranky, whining people getting off and on of an air plane!
Experience was Good. I had steak which was weller then i wanted but tasted good, service wasn't bad for a airport definitely should expect lil wait in airport restaurants cause they dont have many.
Good service and really tasty burger. Kudos to them for letting me did even though I got there 10 minutes before closing and they never made me feel like a burden. I even got to order s second beer. My waitress was helpful and friendly and too the time to chat with me even though it was closer to quitting time for them. If it wasn't in an airport I'd definitely repeat this Ruby Tuesday!
Really bad service on basic items
-didn’t ask what sides were then server complained and told us it was our fault when we wanted a switch after flagging him down
-no pen for the bill
-didn’t ask if I wanted a refill or another drink
-rushed out of place by different server when walking
I don’t expect a lot from an airport food place, but one of my expectations is not to me annoyed when leaving. Self service fast food next time.
Very slow service, even when sitting at the bar. My McDonalds quality cheeseburger was 27 dollars. My food down the street at the theme park was cheaper.
The worst bar/restaurant service I have ever experienced. The bar tenders were non attentive, I had to get their attention everytime I wanted a drink or food. There was one specific bar tender that was yelling at and arguing with other employees. Absolutely terrible.
Food was ok, priced a little too high, I understand though because it's at the airport. A beer will cost you $10.50 which is way too high in my opinion but your paying for the convenience. I'll definitely stop before the airport to get food and drinks next time.
I can only talking about my experience but what I ordered was substandard. Sirloin steak cooked medium rare with pila rice and sweet potato that I thought was baking but ended up being fry. Don't do it.
Service was average just to give my waitress the benefit of the doubt.
Food very moderate, drinks prices extortionate. $14 for a glass of boxed wine
$11 for Samuel Adams REALLY. No competition won't be calling there again.
Shouldnt be allowed to charge that sort of PRICE.
And to top it off. Tips were suggested at 18%
20% and 25% your having a laugh.
We were at the Orlando Airport for breakfast and this was the only option and since Ruby Tuesday's is not known as a breakfast place the food itself was okay, the place was kind of chaotic and Messy and the menu is very limited but our server was wonderful. I wouldn't go back there because of the food and the same to very unorganized
Sat for 10 mins in the bar area with staff carefully not making eye contact. Finally managed to grab someone and ask for drinks, I'm told it is not her and 'Rob' will be my server and will be right with us. Wait 10 more mins still no service (except for someone trying to bring us food we hadn't ordered), gave up and left. All we wanted were a couple of cokes!
The service was great, but I'm never impressed by the food quality at RT. From time to time I give it another chance, but it just isn't worth the money.
Orlando Airport - I needed something in a hurry but was in the mood for a salad. I had a Southwest Salad with grilled Chicken. $13 but overall it was good salad.
The service was awesome.
The bartender Joanne was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face.
The food was good, it's a Ruby Tuesdays, so that's to be expected.
Alright range of food. Service was very good and friendly. However, the food was over cooked and they used plastic utensils which I preferred them not to.
