Ruby Tuesday, Roseland FL

Came in for Easter dinner and Dee was our server and she was absolutely wonderful and attentive! Absolutely would recommend, they have really done a great job getting this location in shape

The waitress was the most rude nonchalant person that I have met in a very long who wasn't drunk. The food was good but not good enough to make up for her rudeness plus she attempted to give my order to another customer. Sorry guys i won't come back.you should get a minus on the star.

Brenda was a sweet and wonderful waitress! She made our night. Will definitely be coming back!

Customer service and food quality are inconsistent. Seems to be a lot of employee turnover.

The server was excellent but the food took way to long the cooks were just talking and not doing there job and for 56 dollars was not worth it we had to wait almost half an hour so yeah

We want to give a shout out to our server, Brenda 1455 at this location!
We had so many problems with our coupons and requested so many special requests but still she was as sweet and accommodating as she could be.
Great service.fast and cheerful and we love the burgers and flavored lemonade.

Try the smoked salmon food is amazing here.good drinks. Delicious salad bar.clean eating area. Nice to relax in cuz it's dim lighting for us vampires.

The food look nothing like the picture on the menu it was missing like 3 items paid for a fully loaded french fries barely anything on it you had to really look literally to keep chives to small tiny pieces of bacon in a smidgen of cheese they call that loaded fries for the appetizer to get there and then we had to send it back to be fixed I will not be going back to this place the only nice thing about the place the waitress was nice

Came to this restaurant twice in one week and both times were horrible. The salad bar ok however the cook in the back cannot cook. The first meal I ordered was a chicken sandwich which I could of skipped across a pond like a rock it was so hard. The second time I went there giving them one more chance I ordered a Philly cheesesteaks and when it came out it was burnt and very over cooked. It tasted like the grill or stove it was cooked on hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. I took two bites and realized if I take another one I may need a triple bypass surgery. It makes me sad to know that this restaurant has went down so much. I feel very sorry for the servers who have to serve this to customers. It explains why at noon the parking lot was so empty. I won’t be back for a very long time.

Significant improvements in service recently. Good specials. New menu with higher prices but that's inflation.

I wish I could give our waitress Brenda a 10 star review she was really awesome! It is nice to go somewhere and have a server treat their customers very well and respectful customer service certainly was a pleasure with her … this was our first time meeting her and it was extremely pleasant but not overpowering

Poor. After having a bad experience 6 years ago we finally went back and to be honest it was worse than before. Weird smell in the restaurant. Drinks extortionate at $10 for a glass of house wine. Dirty plate. Starters ok. Main meals varied. Shrimp not warm, baked potato and aubergine cold. We left more of the food than we ate. Will never visit again

Red was awesome! Nice being served by someone with a smiling face. I have watched his interaction with all his customers while I've been eating. Everyone got the same wonderful smile & service! We will ask for him the nwxt time we come in! He's a keeper!

Food good but did not wow me but expect that from a chain restaurant. Bartender very nice and helpful.

Miss my RT in Sebring! Hope these don't go away for good. Good food, salad bar and try a Ruby Relaxer! Bring a designated driver! Pair with classic burger on $5 Tuesday, can't be beat!

Had a great dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesday’s. Even better was our waiter Red. Service was fast, fun and food was good.

Disappointed in food. Restaurant was slow, only a few customers. Soup was very salty, food was just ok.

The waitress was great salad ok my friend had hamburger sliders and they were to well done burnt and with 2sodas it cost 40dollars I will not go back again

Ordered a cheese burger dead well done it was rare they took it back tater tots were cold service with the waiter.bartender was not very good but left a tip I guess because I was a waitress for 38 years owe we asked for gloves for the salad bar the waitress said sure still empty when we left you were not busy we won't be back
