Ruby Tuesday, Bartow FL

After placing an order for our favorite croutons, we were a little disappointed at 1st but a quick phone call and great customer service from the staff and especially Mrs. Tanya they made it right. Corporate needs to give them a shout out!

VERY Disappointed. Salad bar was lack luster, definitely not up to the usual Ruby Tuesdays salad bar. Husband ordered ribs and they were terrible. Tough and couldn't eat so they replaced with a rib eye.but then charged rib eye price. I get the rib eye is more money but he really wanted RIBS. In order to eat he chose the next thing he likes and it happened to be steak. I would've thought he would've been comped the difference in price. Each time we've been lately has been worse than the previous visit. It will be some time before we go back. And why did you remove the pork chop dinner? It was always awesome!

Food is good.festive drinks not so much. I wish they would bring back the Nashville hot chicken sandwich!

FYI if you get orders to go.don't. Order 2 drinks to take to motel. 2 sips it's gone. Baked potato was cold. Ribs good but not hot.

Service was absolutely horrible all the away around the night we were there. Slow and didn't get what was ordered. Everyone blaming other people for not getting what we were supposed to get.

We visit Ruby Tuesday's for their awesome salad bar. Great selection and always fresh. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Its gotten very expensive specially for the salad bar an not much to choose from anymore an my food was not cooked right an my service wasn't to good.

The meal for two people and we had two bar drinks with top was $ 80.00. In my book that is expensive. I will go to Perkins or Mike's Restaurant next time. Other than the price everything was nice.

Enjoyed our lunch if Bourbon Chicken. We did the 2 for $22 and it was just the right amount of food! Their sweet potato fries are delish! I was also very pleased to see that their restrooms were immaculate. Clean, soap filled, towels filled. You can tell a lot about a place by the condition of their restroom and this one gets top marks!

Ruby Tuesday is always consistently good. We enjoy the fresh salad bar and tonight we added the sliders. All of the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and Izzy, our server was always right there when we wanted something.

The staff are unprofessional and lacking in several things. The front end is not manned though there are two servers standing with the bar tender who actually looks over at me. I'm waiting for 10 min when a group of elderly people come in and one server automatically comes over and seats them within seconds. Only then am I acknowledged!

I had the appetizer sampler platter. The chicken tenders were fried too hard, the mozzarella sticks and the artichoke dip were bland.

Since this is the only Ruby Tuesday left I love the broccoli soup my server Kailey P took such good care of me. I always order the bowls but she said do the soup and salad and it's all you can eat. She saved me so much money anyways keep up the good work.
