Ruby Tuesday, Riverview FL

Normally I like Ruby Tuesday but this afternoon I was disappointed. My husband and I went for lunch at 12: 30p and the salad bar was completely empty, and very unkept, not even a plate. It was not busy, server's and host were directly in front of the salad bar but yet it was not addressed until I said something.
On the upside, our server Kassidy was sweet and attentive.

Join their club- every so often they send BOGO coupon to get a second meal free. Eat in or take put. Good food Curb service.

We had the tater tot appetizers unfortunately when they brought it to us eventually they were cold I think they could have put more cheese on that appetizer. I believe it was called the classic sampler it was the pretzel bread it was the corn chips mozzarella sticks with the cocktail dip cheese dip and the other dip that was very tasty again though the food could have been hotter. I think it took too long for us to get our appetizers we did get our beers right away Jordan our food server was very pleasant. The manager did go around asking everybody if things were okay if we needed anything that was a plus. We were there around the 7 p.m. Shift Friday night I say that so that hopefully you get the right manager he definitely was doing his job. The place definitely was clean the salad bar looked fresh my sister and I did not have the salad bar but it looked fresh. Other than our appetizers taking too long coming out and being cold I guess you can say everything else was the Plus. I would go back there again only on the basis to make sure that I would let them know their food needs to come out quicker otherwise they will not get that good report but I give them maybe a B minus. Okay there it is you got my review! Again the employees were pleasant and that's it thank you. All I can say is they need to be more conscientious I'm getting their food out hot and quicker.

Good food and friendly staff with curbside pickup that adheres to cdc standards. Minus a star because they are pricey for what they offer.

This is my new favorite place. They have the best salad bar and the atmosphere is welcoming. The location in Riverview definitely deserves 5 stars. Friendly staff and great food.

The server was nice but I didn't get everything I ordered. The food I did have was excellent! My steak and shrimp were delicious!

We like Ruby Tuesdays on the norm but tonight it took forever for our meals to come and our waitress was a bit overwhelmed. Ask for ketchup, she never did bring it, we had to borrow from the table across the aisle. Ask for water and on the third request she brought it. We will go back because maybe she was having an off night.

It was OK. The salad bar was a mess, the croutons were all soft, no crunch, table and chairs were dirty and some of the food was just bad. We did enjoy the drinks and my sons food was good.

Also good food. The salad bar is great also.
Had the special 3 items for 12.99 what a deal.

Prices usually a bit too high compared to the quality of food. However their $ 12.99 three course meal deal is a very good value right now.

I wasnt too impressed with where Ruby Tuesday has taken their vision of atmosphere. The menu has gone into elitest fashion with ridiculous pricing and minimized portions. The presentation of the food was less than prideful and the seating and walkways are cramped and not well thought out. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the service of our waitress Amber.

Ruby Tuesday in Riverview Florida doesn’t have it together at all. The food was freezer burnt and you could tell it has been in the heat lamps too long. It took an hour before your food came out and you were starving. The waitress never filled your drink and the manager wasn’t helpful either. And the place did not have a lot of people. Just avoid this place all together. This area has many restaurants to choose from so don’t waste your money here.

Service was good, however our order was messed up completely. The order was corrected, and management offered to comp a dessert, however I prefer to just not visit places with egregious errors on a night with few customers. I won't be back.

Not sure why I haven't been here in a while. Great new food great service and at a low cost! Must have.

Never been a huge fan. The entrees are smaller than they used to be and they don't serve free bread anymore. That sucks.

The food is good ask for the salad bar it's okay but lacking quite a few items that you would find at Sonny's BBQ which has a hefty salad bar overall the food was good but way overpriced and service was slow

How hard is it to understand that all I want is a plain hamburger! They manage to screw that up 4 times!

Everything was perfect.seated right away, servers were attentive and no issues with any of our meals.everything was delicious!

I don't care for salads much but they have the Best salad bar around! The rest of the menu is Great, try the pork chops!

Food and service were great. We did the deal for endless salad bar, entree, and dessert for $13!
