Wonderful place to shop for rugs. Vest variety of rugs to choose from and all price points available. This is my fifth purchase there. Have always been very pleased and happy with their products and staff is outstanding.

I have buying my rugs from RAA since I arrived here in 2017. I have never been disappointed. Great rug selections!

Rugs As Art has an amazing selection of beautiful rugs and the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. To help with decision making they will deliver rugs which can be kept for one week on approval. What a great service!

Amazing customer service. I placed my order a day or so before the Hurricane hit Florida. A few days late, I received a proactive message from customer service, apologizing for the delay as they had been without power for several days (completely understandable!). They were working to get out the orders as quickly as possible. She followed up daily under our rug pad was delivered. We were very please with the quality of the product as well- and appreciated the all natural rubber as a safer option for our recently refinished wood floors. It was a pleasure doing business with this company- highly recommend!

Rugs as Art is the best place for rugs in Sarasota! As a professional design company we have to ensure that our clients are happy with what we suggest and Rugs as Art always fulfills that for us. Our most recent order was a large round custom cut size that had to be shipped out of state and, not only was the rug beautiful, Rugs as Art handled the details expertly. On top of that, everyone there is friendly and great to deal with. We highly recommend them whether you're a consumer or a designer.

Walking into Rugs as Art is like walking into an art gallery. So many fabulous choices at every price point. The staff is very helpful and we really liked the ability to take a rug home or delivered to try out for a couple of days before making a purchase.

We took 2 of our middle eastern rugs to be washed. Got them back 2 weeks later and they look fabulous!
They have a huge showroom of rugs and decor. We recommended our in-laws go and they ordered a carpet for their new home!

Let's start by saying BEWARE of dealing with this company. My wife and I found a rug that we both liked for our office. Salesperson Mary Jane then called the warehouse to see if it was instock. It was in stock so we were told it would be 1 - 2 weeks to receive rug. Ordered rug. 3 weeks later made phone call to find out status of rug. MJ was not in but Larry said he would check on it and get back with us. Of course no call back so the next day called back to Larry and he said that the manager Joe was supposed to call us back but never did so. Larry said rug was not in yet but should be there any day. Waited another week and called back again. Mary Jane was on vacation so dealt with Larry again. He said he would check on it and get back with us. Again no callback. Called next day and again they apologized and he said that they had recieved a large shipment in and it showed our rug as a part of that shipment. Asked us if we could give them a little time to go through the shipment and locate our rug. We said no problem. Well a week later had not heard back so made another phone. It's now been over 5 weeks since we ordered rug. Larry said that they have not finished going through rugs received over a week ago. Told him we would be there in 4 days to pick up our rug no matter what. On the day we were gonna pick up the rug we get a early am call from Mary Jane telling us not to come because rug hasn't been located yet in there incoming. 2 days later get a call that our rug is ready for pick up. Now 6 weeks later we finally got our rug. When we picked up rug we dealt Mary Jane and not even a "I'm sorry". Customer service and management at this store is horrible and I would advise you to find another store to buy your rugs from. I personally will never step in that store again.

As a design team Tagg and James always looks to Rugs as Art for floor coverings. Their selection is fabulous and their customer service formula certainly creates the ability to possibly have something new right away! Their staff is courteous and willing to help at any time. We love Rugs as Art!

The owners son is a crook, I was there a month ago and found a rug listed at $1300. When the owners son saw that it was at that price, in front of my eyes took the tag off ran to the back of the store and literally came back saying there was a mistake on the pricing and tagged the same rug at a whooping $5000. When I said that he had to honor the original price and it was the law he laughed at my face and said that the rug was not going to leave the store.
Upset and frustrated on how I was treated.very deceiving of the pricing!
I wouldn't go back, not recommend anyone unless you want to deal with money hungry personnel. No honesty, morals or principals!
Run while you can!

This place was too busy on two days recently for us to do business. The staff was quite rude. We planned to spend over $2,500 on a custom area rug and were given conflicting information (and were rudely corrected like we had made it up or something). Questions were treated as insubordination. Worse, they wanted to rush and finalize the deal at the front counter like we were ordering a sandwich at a deli. We were chided for returning on a day our original sales person wasn’t there and asked to return another day. Really? ! Just because YOU assigned us a sales person we didn’t realize we were adopted! The staff made us feel like chattel and very unappreciated. They atmosphere was like a zoo and the staff admitted to being understaffed. That doesn’t excuse poor attitudes. We ordered a nicer rug at a regular carpet store later.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for cleaning my area rugs! I buy from Rugs As Art and wouldn't use anyone else to clean them. I'm never dissatisfied.

We ordered a rug for our living room and the salesperson, Leslie and the staff were terrific. We picked out a rug, brought home the rug to make sure we liked it and ordered the size we needed. Harris, the dispatcher scheduled the delivery and the delivery guys were excellent. They moved the furniture so the rug could be placed in the right area. Harris followed up to make sure the delivery went well which we really appreciated. I would give Rugs As Art an A+.
