Fernando was exceptional! I came looking at the Hoka One One Carbon X because of reviews, and after some trying them at home, of course, those were not the right shoes for me so I went back to replace them and ask for advice, Fernando took the time to educate me and got me the right shoes just by looking at me walking, thank you Feenando! True exceptional professional

Piss poor customer service. They don't greet you when you walk in, just stand there and look at you and continue what they are doing. Even if you are with a customer, acknowledge the ones walking in and at least say "I'll be with you in a moment". Something to let me know you see me. Won't ever come in that store again

I've been dealing with foot pain and plantar fasciitis for some time. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about foot problems and fitted me with the proper shoe. They are very patient and willing to go the extra mile to find the right shoe. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very different than your regular shoe store.

Great service, Great prices, Great shoes. I wanted a pair of shoes that would cater to running and weight training and they got it right the first try.

Wow came in 15min before closing and they did not have time to sell me shoes even when I knew exactly what I wanted. Business hours seem like they built on how late sales clerk wants to work and not on when u can buy shoes.

They saved my legs.highly recommend.the reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because One of the workers (don't want to mention names) needs to be a little more, let's say, understanding.

The selections are limited but the staff is VERY knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect show to fit your specific needs. The manager, Janet, helped me and I was very impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm. Overall had a great experience

This place is awesome. When you walk in you're immediately welcomed. You receive one on one attention from the employees who also give very good advise. After doing their own evaluation from the way that I stood and walked, the sales rep brought over 4 different shoes for me to try on and he helped me figure out which shoe is best for me needs and my body. This place was awesome and I plan to go back for more running shoes.

Bought my teenager a nice pair of high quality sneakers here and got significant advice from the pro as well. A real runner's store. Highly recommend.
