Staff is amazing and Audi did the PERFECT job with my big boy Vader. I live in Georgia but I can say that my Doodle’s groomer is in Florida!

Alfredo, the groomer/owner was very diligent and professional assessing my dogs needs beyond grooming. I am very grateful for relying on him. He knows what my dogs may need, and swiftly communicate it to me, so he would address those need within the appointment. I am glad and grateful for having Alfredo and his business caring of my animals. I drive 30 minutes away from my area for this service. It is totally worthy?

This is the place where I always take my shih tzu. I really like this place, Alfredo always takes care of my pet and my dog feels safe with him.

Never in my life have I been disrespected like this before by a business owner. I took my pup in for a full groom which I do every 4-6 weeks (I get minigrooms in between). After 3,5HOURS with him being in there they call me that now they need to shave him cause he’s so matted. 5 hours later I go there to get my pup I was upset of the fact that he has been sitting there for 5 HOURS. Even if he needs shaving (which would have been fine) this should have been able to be determined in less than 3,5h. Once I go pick up my pup the owner (Alfredo) says I don’t care about my dog and that’s the reason he was matted! I had no words. My pup means more than anything to me!
I was already looking for new place since the new receptionist at runway had the worst demeanor and attitude. All they want to do every time is upcharge you and yell in front of the whole store “how much do you want to leave the tip “. Just bad way to do business.
Will never ever ever go back there nor recommend this place to anyone else ever again. What a shame

They truly understood what I wanted. I have a cockerspaniel and they did an amazing job. I am very picky when it comes to my baby boy and they did not disappoint. Price was also very good.

I was very satisfied with the service. The gentleman who groomed my dog was very nice and his work turned out great.

There aren't enough praises for the level of care and attention my pup receives when we come to Runway Pet Grooming. They're exceptional in all that they do. They're incredibly attentive to detail, flexible, and offer superb customer service. We have since moved about an hour away but will continue to bring our fur child to Alfredo. My pup went to another groomer for his first year - dropping him off was nothing short of a nightmare. I had to drag him into the boutique for every appointment and sometimes even cried as I was leaving. When I drop Coco off at Runway Pet Grooming - he runs INTO the store with his tail wagging on turbo - he's always so happy when we drop him off and even happier when we pick him up! Even though I'm now an hour away, I will continue to bring my puppy here. I trust them with my eyes closed.

Patient kind and understanding! I am very appreciative! My moms dog was a piece of work! Lol but not only did they take him the same day but they do great work at very affordable pricing! I couldn’t be more thankful!

It started out with the initial phone call to make the appointment. Receptionist does not speak proper English and is difficult to understand. I tried to speak the best I could in Spanish and still she couldn’t understand the information I was giving her. I made an appointment for a mini groom service after several misunderstandings. A 50% deposit is required upon booking an appointment. I gave her my method of payment on the phone and was charged $37 dollars. I dropped off my 4lbs Pomeranian at 12: 00pm on 10/27/22. The groomer stated my dog would be ready in about an hour or hour and a half. It ended up taking three hours. It took so long I had to call a friend to pick her up because I was going to be late for work. I called the receptionist and told her if it was okay for a friend to pick up my dog. The receptionist said yes and ended the phone call. She ended up charging my friend $75 dollars upon arrival and $37 dollars on my card. They didn’t even cut her nails stating “ she moved around too much “ other groomers have had no issue cutting her nails. I called the manager Eduardo today to have my $37 refunded. He then asked me why I gave a Google one star review. The receptionist is rude and incompetent. Do not waste your time coming here. You can find better grooming services with people who actually provide the services for a cheaper price. I paid $75 dollars for a bath and de shedding. If I didn’t call for a refund they would’ve gotten away with charging me more. Horrible establishment.

They have been grooming our Goldendoodle for about a year now. We've been happy with all the haircuts except one where the groomer cut his bottom too short and he was bleeding. We asked not to have that groomer anymore and have been satisfied since then. This is a pic of our Fozzie Bear after grooming. He looks super cute if you ask me!

Excellent place, for my pet, he was great the groomer is super friendly, he explained the benefits of grooming every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent his hair from getting tangled, the environment is super comfortable, we will definitely return.thank you.

I just moved to the area and a neighbor recommended this grooming. The service was over rated and when I went to pick my dog, the haircut was horrible. They shave him completely…. Extremely poor service. Unfortunately I will never bring my dog there or recommended to anyone. Not cool!

I took my dog for his. First time growing and I have to recommend this place very much.the people at the front desk are supper kind and I had the best grooming fore my dog ever. I love all the food and treats and toy they have. I highly recommend this place because my dog has never been as happy as he was after his grooming.

It has been so many years bringing my dogs to this place. Never had any issues. I am not a picky owner, and I always trusted in this groomers whos I know they have the extensive experience and knowledge to groom my pets. Always follow their recommendations which I know Is OFTEN the best for them. What they need is not all the time what I want, then I learned to listen to their advises, and now following a haircut routine, my dogs have the skin and coat much better.
The staff is as friendly as they can be, always acommodating me everytime they can. This cute, little pet shop is a great place where I highly recommend to those dog's owners that really cares about their pets. I will always come back here.

Excellent team of grommers with a friendly atmosphere and great service. Great rates with exceptional grooming. Definitely recommended.

I wanted to share that they do not accept Chow Chows if they need to be muzzled to be groomed.

Edit: Full disclosure, I called to ask about their services as on their website it states “We do take naughty dogs but if the dog is too stressed we will have to stop the groom to prevent injuries to the dog and the groomer. ” My dog is scared of strangers so when I take her to the groomer she just needs to be muzzled and then she accepts the situation. I called to ask how they handle this and was told that as Chow Chows are an aggressive breed, they don’t accept them. This is just to inform those who have dogs who are not 100% comfortable being groomed.

As a comparison, I called another salon right after and was offered accommodations like bringing my dog early in the morning so the salon would be nice and quiet & being able to sit in the salon while they groomed her.

The team at Runway consistently provides superior grooming services. We have being using Runway over a year for our elder mini poodle and our puppy labradoodle. We are always pleased with the overall cut, attention to detail and compassionate care for our dogs. We highly recommend the entire team for your pet family.

I took my dog to this groomer last week and she ended up getting Kennel Cough. The day after she went to this groomer, she was coughing up mucus and kept making a gagging noise like her throat was bothering her. I took her to her vet and they said she had kennel cough. She was perfectly fine and healthy when she went into the groomers. That was my first and last time going there. Be careful taking your fur babies here.

**And replying to the below reply.she had the vaccines.all of them. We have to bring copies of vaccine records when we come in to any grooming/ pet facility. My dog is fully vaccinated and she still got sick. Maybe instead of turning it around on the owners you should keep your facilities clean and prevent kennel cough from spreading.
