Sea Suite in Seacrest. Perfect decor. Perfect location. Perfect in every way. Russell staff was fabulous as well.

My husband and I booked condo 404 at Silver Beach Towers west in Destin thru Russell Vacation Rentals for our 35th wedding anniversary. We arrived on 2-17-23 and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The communication with the staff was very good and the checking in process went very well. The complex was very secure with private parking in the gated garage which made us feel very safe.
We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the unit itself and had been very well maintained. They had even left us a small gift for our anniversary on the table.
The ocean front balcony was large enough for two lounge chairs and a table with chairs as well. Also very good views of the ocean. We will definitely be contacting Keena at Russell Vacation Rentals in the future and hopefully renting the same condo.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Russell Vacation Rentals. They are responsive, knowledgeable and go out of their way to put the customer first. Shout out to Judy & Keena.

We had the best experience booking through Russell Vacation Rentals. My husband and I stayed in 511B at Majestic Sun in Miramar for our anniversary trip. Ms. Judy answered all of our questions promptly and even helped us all the way through our day of arrival and checking in. We could not have more great things to say about this company and their employees. We will definitely use Russell Vacation Rentals for our future vacations.

What an excellent team to work with. I recently stayed at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in a unit they manage and was very pleased. They respond quickly to all my questions and the unit was very very clean. I would not hesitate to rent with them again as they went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. Great group!

Booked a condo rental with russell vacation and stayed at 8968 Heron Walk GC6 - Sandestin. The neighborhood is cute and the house decorated nicely. Enjoyed the golf cart too. The reason for 3 stars is because one of the nights we stayed there were 2 giant roaches that scurried across the floor when we turn the lights on upon arriving home. We were able to kill them but I was grossed out and couldn’t sleep that night. I emailed the company that evening and for the next 24hrs they told me they were waiting to hear what management was going to do about it. I was also told that it’s not a cockroach but a palmetto bug (still a roach) and that a professional sprays regularly. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get updates. At the end of our stay still no one had done anything about the bugs and basically told us they’re part of FL that most people that live there experience. My dad has a home in FL and we travel to different locations within FL at least once a year and we’ve never experienced these bugs inside any residence. I was a bit disappointed that no one from management ever reached out, there was never a solution discussed and the last email from a representative was dismissive. Just want the next potential renter to at least be aware.

Wonderful company to work with: attentive, responsive, reliable. I highly recommend their services to anyone traveling in the area and or looking to manage their properties. We have worked with others but Russell Vacations continues to prove they are a/many steps above. Their personalize, quality over quantity mentality, greatly shows! And we love to suppose local, hardworking businesses!

We had a house rental booked with this company in July but because a member of our party tested positive for COVID-19 we had to cancel. They were very understanding of our situation and gave us a full refund when I didn’t think we would be eligible for one. I appreciated their compassion and flexibility so much given the current climate. I will definitely book again with this company when the pandemic is over!

I would of given a 0 but we all know we can not, we have not been given any reason why we have not been given all of our moneys back due to a very bad experience with one of there rentals.

This rental was making my family sick to sleep in and we now are having to pay for a new rental from someone else, at least respond to why or just say no.

Grand Caribbean East#305 on Crystal Beach in Destin FL is the unit, we have noticed that they have taken down our post on there website because they don't want to do the right thing which is just cover the costs of my familys lose.

I should have known that you guys would not email me or call me to give me a response you posted it on Google so that everyone that read my review probably thinks that you did right by me. Just so you know if you do read this review the only time I get a response out of this company is if I call them, so best of luck to you and your family if you are in need of things or a response from this company.

This company will only response on there bad review to make them self look good but will never respond to me even though they have my email and phone number.

Don't hesitate to book with Russell Vacations. My wife and I have used them for several years and always have had a positive experience. Nice, friendly and accommodating employees.
