Back our second year. We love the river views, activities and community atmosphere. Cove employees always acomadating and pleasant.

This was not a 5 star park but it was clean. There was a community pool and it was gated. It was fairly close to the beach. About a 5 to 10 min walk.

The park was well maintained. The only real problem was the busy street with loud motorcycles all day.
