For someone who has had State Farm for 10 years, I’ve never had an issue until using this office. For months now, a minor issue has become a huge issue and inconvenience. I am now switching agents due to the lack of training or competence of staff. Something that could have been easily taken care of has escalated so, that I’m leaving my first review ever. Odell was the only person here who remotely has helped or even reached out but he no longer deals with simple tasks such as updating a payment method, which has been left in the hands of multiple people who can’t seem to do so correctly. I say this sincerely in hopes that training is done, but this situation is absurd and not a single person has reached out to apologize on your end.
