They gave me the wrong appointment and made me waste my time gas and money the lady in the front said there was nothing she could do for me I needed a mri done and I stand stand the ankle pain I have and need the results just to go see a doctor told me to come back next week then have the audacity to send me a text message asking to review them today confirming that in the system I was put in today

I'm so glad I got an appointment with Ryan Severo last week. The staff at the desk made me feel welcomed and answered all questions I had even after my appointment the next day. Mr. Severo was kind, straight forward and showed true concern for my well being. I asked if he would be my primary care as he displayed knowledge and wisdom of my needs. I'm very satisfied and thankful I was (am) in n good hands.

It was worst experience I ever had. The registration team didn’t wanted to assist me. Sendet me to the other side. From the other side back to the side where I was befor. They could not find my personal information and insurance. They mixed my information with my sons personal information. They printed a wrong receipt. It tooks for ever be for I could get to the doctor The Doctors assistant was trying to do her job as fast as possible. Didn’t ask me all questions about my health. Pushed me to answer as fast as possible. I had filing, that I was on wrong place and had to go home. It’s just sad to have that kind of service. Please never make an appointment at 4.00 pm ;- (

I like him so far. Have to get some testing done & hopefully I will get some relief at our next appointment.
