Thank you to Robert for fixing my truck's DEF fuel pump. Fastest service I've ever seen and excellent customer service. I recommend this Ryder location.

The service is terrible no communication they can never find the manager the never finished on time they take longer then any other garage

Staff was friendly and helpful. The truck I received was sub par, the loading ramp stoppers one was screw shot and the other one didn't work. Truck bounces more than a washer with an uneven load.

I wish that there was a Loves or flying j close by because the fuel attendants here are really really really bad. They really don’t deserve any stars. My computer doesn’t stop ticking off my time. Does anyone have any extra blood pressure med?

Wish I could give less than a 1 star review. My rental experience was far from good, it was unprofessional from beginning to end. The female in the rental office is rude, did not acknowledge me at all when I walked in, and just asked for my license without a simple hello. She didn’t even look up from her computer! With all the rental business my company gives, the least she can do is say “hi”. Then, she gives me the keys to the truck and tells me to find it across the street where all the trailers are! Seems like it’s extremely safe to walk around trying to find a truck in a mess of trailers and other drivers coming in and out with their own trailers. I’m not sure how far this review goes because it seems like someone is using templates to respond to everyone, but I hope something is done about this.

Service at tbis kkcation is excellent. People are very friendly and techs are very friendly.
