2 stars because the lack of effort and communication was beyond surprising for an established business with decent reviews. I had to call for updates, none were communicated without my calling their offices first. Not even to confirm receipt of the documents to be served.
The documents were sent, the service attempted next day, and then not again for 3 days. I understand not wanting to attempt service on a weekend, but there was another weekday in that timeframe.
Regardless, a refund is issued and our service stopped because I questioned their lack of service and communication. At least that part was clear and handled quickly.

Given the response by the company, this is not surprising. I'm not abusive - I asked questions. If I don't understand your service policies, explain them. Customer Service goes a long way.

I hired this guy to repair my car. I had to sue him to get my car back. The sheriff couldn’t get it done but S & W made it happen!

Highly recommended mrs. Holly is very sweet she took the time to explain the process of delivering my divorce paper and it was delivered right on time definitely will use them in the future
