I’ve been living at this property going on three years and have had an overall positive experience. The management team has been top notch from the previous manager (Andrea) to the new manager (Ruby). Carolina has been a staple at the property and she is amazing. Apartments are modern and spacious. Maintenance is handled quickly. Views from my place are breathtaking.

Very nice experience, been here for 2.5 years. Building is always clean, and neighbors are nice. We love Carolina at the front desk. She’s super helpful and kind. She makes this place a better place to live

I've enjoyed residing in this building for the past two years and plan to continue. The community staff is consistently helpful and available, fostering a positive environment where residents interact with one another.

Living next to this place is a nuisance. People that don't live there park in the garage and rev their engines all night among other things going on I won't comment on, and no parking lot security, you think they'd have some type of garage rules and security not only for residents but the neighbors this place has encroached on. There's never anyone available onsite to talk to outside of 9-5, and during 9-5 always push to a mssg system. Very sad to have to deal with this disruptive and unsafe situation for so long with no signs of security and respect for the neighbors

Living in Saba is such a great experience, the location is incredible. The pool is always clean, social spaces are impeccable. Thanks for helping us to have the perfect place to live in along this last two years. The front desk woman, Carolina, is so friendly, she kindly helps everyone anytime and she keeps her eyes fixed in all details.

I've been here over two years now and have had a great experience with my apartment, the on-property managers and maintenance. Routine maintenance issues as well as lease renewals have gone smoothly. The building residents and staff are very dog friendly which is important to me! As far as I can see, staff does their best to keep the property clean & safe for residents. The building also now has a small convenience store, which has come in handy already.

To say this place is beautiful is an understatement. The staff was super friendly and the apartment I saw was gorgeous. I think I found my new home.

Living on the third floor is a nightmare! People come in from the garage into the halls screaming and laughing without any regard of the echos that we hear inside our apartments! This happens late at night and early 3am-4am hour! I’ve woken up from my bed from ill mannered residents! I’ve complained to management multiple times! I’m counting the days to leave as soon as my lease is up! Don’t move here! Paper thin walls.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Inconsistency. Neglectful management. Amongst other harmful experiences to residents. Be weary.

The residence here are very friendly and I really appreciate the cleanliness of the staff in keeping up with the property. At first the whole code for every door felt like it would be an issue but I've gotten use to it already. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here. The location is convenient. My experience with Saba Pompano Beach has been absolutely incredible from the very beginning. I had been doing research on neighborhoods and apartment options in pompano for weeks prior to applying anywhere. Saba was my first choice and I had 2 back up options. The photos do not do the building and interior justice. Everything from the tile, to the shower head, to the barn closet door was thought out completely. I can't say enough great things about Carolina and Andrea as well. They are both such lovely individuals who really do go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met to the best of their ability. I can't wait to spend the next 12 months here and hopefully after that too! Thank you, Saba.
