Update, the witch is gone, the ladies that check you in now are very pleasant and efficient. I appreciate their great customer service.
Horrible girl that takes your bills is a real lunatic, very rude.it took 1 hour and half to get out of that office to do a drop and hook, with only 4 people in front of me. Selena needs to get a job she can handle. Maybe sweeping the parking lot is more her speed.

I was very pleased with my service in and out in an hour and 15 minutes for a live unload. Kay is the sweetest she checked me her smile and kindness was so appreciated and a very special thank you to Hector who came to my aide to cut my two seals off. Plenty of space to back in. Clean restrooms as well.

I came at 10: 45 and my appointment at 11 am. They give me door after all check in process done about 15 minutes. I have live unload, u have to tell them if u have live load or unload. Unloading process less than 1 hour for full trailer. Maybe they are not busy. Good and clean facility, friendly staff. Clean restrooms.
