Good, honest organization for pet rescue and adoption. Happily donated food & supplies after our furbaby passed on. Also, thrift store always seems to have a good buy when we visit.

Wonderful people, doing wonderful things. Cute shop. Lots to choose from, vintage items, housewares, clothes, art and of course pet items. Not too expensive

Small but some good stuff. The older blond lady that was working with a dog yesterday has no business working with dogs.

I have adopted 2 dogs from S. A. F. E.they are both wonderful, sweet, funny dogs. The people at S. A. F. E.really care about animals and have helped SO many of them. This is an actual shelter for animals, with a TON of pets, not just a few dogs in foster homes. Even though there are so many animals coming and going the staff really know each animal as an individual and remember past residents when they stop by to visit. They can tell you each pet's personality or known history off hand and always seem to view them as unique but equally lovable characters. They deserve all the support and these pets deserve all the love and homes.

This is a very nice organization. Their staff and volunteers seem to be very dedicated to the animals.

We went in looking for a tank top for my husband. Didn't have any. They had a couple dogs in there for adoption also.

Amazing group of people with a good number of pets available for adoption. No appointments, no waiting come in find a pet adopt and take them home, bravo!

Its unfortunate that the volunteers ignore customers and hopeful adopters walk out because no one is willing to assist.

We went to the A1A thrift store location today hoping to see the pups. We waited out by the sign for about 20 minutes. Then a customer told us she waited an hour before walking in. We went in the first door and waited to be greeted again we were ignored by a woman feeding the pets. Its unfortunate that the volunteers ignore customers and hopeful adopters walk out because no one is willing to assist. We would really like to meet the puppies. I hope you can assist us.

The response
"Im so sorry. Adoption opens at 11. The adoption area is to the back of the building"

WOW THEY MUST REALLY WANT TO REHOME THE PETS!

I made the mistake of bringing my family to this thrift store; I do not recommend bringing children or babies to this facility, it is unsafe. They kennel large, unsocialized dogs in the center of their retail space. Aggressive barking and growling combined with a tiny space surprised me, and terrified our kids. Just dreadful.

I cannot thank this staff enough for the joy that has been brought to my life because of their efforts. Their office not only answered a text/email at 6am, but their dedicated volunteer, Nick, drove 4 hours of his way - just to even give the chance to show this puppy his potential new home. He treated him as if he was his own. If you are looking to adopt/rescue a dog or puppy, your searching and hoping for the perfect fit is finally over.
It was these folks at SAFE Pet Rescue (and of course, my newly found 4 legged best friend) who the ones who ended up rescuing me. ️

The people we nice but the area were the animals were held was quite sketchy and unsafe for children. Some of the dogs we acting extremely aggressive although some of the dogs were just barking. I am a dog person so I know how a dog shows aggression and this was definitely one

These people are so ugly that its amazing anyone adopts out of there. I didnt know that all of our fundraising and love for these animals could turn into such a disgusting experience because the people in treasure beach are downright nasty. They need to be rehomeed to a different state.
